Nando's

Can you please make sure you serve the customer in line, not serving the customer who just walks in. I was ensuring i was practising social distance (i work in retail and truly well aware about it) before i got served but lady infront just served everyone who walked in without even looking at me. I wonder why?

Well I have been regular customer with old owners 2plus years and new, today I went in and ordered $52 worth of food it will be the last time I dine in the store with the two younger gents speaking in Indian and laughing, I asked what was funny as it seemed to be at me the gentleman said it was a different matter all in all I felt the two gents were mocking us, Nandos Sunbury it will be my last time I return to your store food was nice but the service was bad I will travel out of Sunbury for a better service.

Hate to say it but the new ownership has let this place down. The service is generally very slow 25 - 30+ minutes simply isn’t good enough when you’re taking away. By the time you get to actually get your food the chips are normally cold. Wanting to try and support local owners and businesses (understand this is a franchise) but tough when the service you get is consistently below average. I don’t think I will be coming back.

This store has really gone down hill since the change of ownership and i now refuse to go here. This is a shame as it used to be one of the best Nando's.
Firstly the person at the counter now tries to upsell you on everything which is really annoying, also if you don't specify a regular item you will be charged for a large.
The chips also used to be nice and crispy, however they are now consistently undercooked.
Also I had ordered to take away and was sitting waiting for the meal, when the meal was ready, instead of calling out my name, they asked another lady sitting there if it was her meal, when she said no they did not ask me or my wife if it was our meal and left it at the counter. Hopeless customer service.
Go to Watergardens, nicer food, better service.

I have always gone to Nandos to enjoy tjat special flavour of Herb and Lemon. The chicken is always tensor with plenty of flavour.
Today. I was hugely dissapointed. The Herb and Lemon on the chicken was non existant the.taste wasn't there. I asked for the same flavour on my corn, it was burnt with no taste, the chicken was dry. For the money, I would rather go to Red Rooster now or the chicken shop for half the price. You've lost me.

Love this Nando's! The staff here are super friendly, always serving with a huge smile. The food is great if you want a cheeky bit of take away, but are looking for something slightly healthier than traditional fast food. Definitely go for the peri peri seasoning on the chips, and I'd recommend the extra spicy chicken, as it is not really overwhelmingly spicy.

Was looking forward to my burger but when it arrived the bun was so stale it was borderline inedible. I didn't have time to wait another 20 mins for them to make a new burger in a fresh bun, so just ate the insides with a knife and fork. Told the team upon leaving that the bun was stale and didn't get much of a response

One of the bigger Nandos you'll find in Melbourne. Inside extends all the way down the back and actually has a nice view of the oval/ parkland below. Staff are generally pretty friendly although there has been some confusion with what I've ordered and what I've received. Always clean inside and parking is pretty good as well.

Of all the Nando’s I have eaten at, this store is the best! New management are amazing, service exceptional and they always make a point to come and ask you if your meal is satisfactory. Oh and the food is always cooked to perfection/as requested! Will be returning over and over again. Thanks guys:)

Unsatisfied Sunbury resident.
Since new Management took over order wait time too long. Got told 15 minutes wait a week ago and I waited 35 minutes. Today got told 12 minutes wait and waited 32 minutes. Phone orders should be quicker but not in Sunbury. Pickup the service or the business won't last. Previous Management were spot on.

Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. After volleyball, nandos goes down an absolute treat and Sunbury nandos does a great job of providing quality food, and doing it quite quickly too!

Would highly recommend to anyone who likes chicken and particularly anyone who likes their spices

Was an exceptional Nando’s until the new owners took over - terrible service and smaller portions. Would recommend driving to Nandos in another suburb over eating here.

Chicken was cooked well. Extra hot was not as hot as normal. To much lettuce and only 1 of the extras that I asked for were put on the burger
