Served by someone who had absolutely no idea, then she ended up just walking away mid order, food was terrible, my son and I both got sick. Worst service ever and so expensive

Our nandos food has just arrived cold. Orded over an hour ago. Was due at 12.30 and arrived at 1.30pm.

I was really not impressed with my last order.stone cold because they put a bottle of cold coke in the bag of hot food. I will not be back

Not so great! The chicken was cold in the centre. The restaurant was so untidy and unhygienic especially the toilets being in the eating area no one even tried to clean. Killed my appetite.

Food was disgusting. Staff were rude. Staff were not adhering to state mandated mask wearing in store. Store didn’t have covid marshal insuring everyone was checking in, which nobody was. Never will I return to this store or any other Nandos store.

If you are ever craving old and stale food, brown lettuce and soggy old chips this is the place to visit!

Veeeerry slow service. I waited for 25 minutes for a burger and chips to come out. Staff appeared to be confused as to what food went with which order. Not exactly fast food. Won't come here on my lunch break again.

Such a disappointment, ordered 2 meals had to repeatedly tell my order to the man on the register, sat down and then my food was put under the heat lamp while the manager im guessing kept serving customers, my food was sitting under the lamp for 7minutes before I recieved it at my table, obviously it was cold by then and I asked if they could re make my chips because they were now cold only for the manager to argue with me saying they were made fresh, mind you both orders were ment to have chips and one arrived with coleslaw.my 4 bbq ribs were also forgotten and had to get off my seat to go ask how far they were, no apologies or compensation for anything, very unprofessional. One lady was mopping the floor under my table and when I got up to leave i nearly slipped, the lady who ordered after me also commented and said there should be a wet floor sign displayed to make customers aware and mopping under the tables when customers are eating is rude.

Food was good. Didn't take too long to come out. Portion size good. Some Nandos are stingy with portions but this Nandos is good

Really poor to be honest, the serving sizes are so small it's absolutely ridiculous for what you pay. My superfuel salad with chicken tenders would have barely fed my toddler three tiny little pieces of chicken, two pieces of sweet potato in with a handful of lettuce.joke

Worst service, waited for 45 min to get all ordered food in instalments. Cold food. This place is more for a takeaway food not to dine in. Worst experience in any Nandos so far.

Food is ok. Staff are really good and nice. But air conditioning not working properly when I was visiting there was 32 c temperature and air conditioning was not start. So I didn’t like place.

The place is pretty underrated, the food is delicious, the service is fast and the prices are cheap.

I recently went to this Nandos and was very disappointed by the hygiene that was present within the store by the staff and also the manager, during this current coronavirus period the manager and staff members didn’t wear their masks properly as their noses were completely exposed and I felt uncomfortable with the food I was receiving, I also went to pick up a takeaway order a different time and the staff worker was cleaning rubbish up and without washing his hands he gave me my food, I will not be returning to this Nandos ever again as they are not hygenic and sanitary

Staff are so rude. Placed my order and waited in the store. After 40 minutes I asked where my order was and they said they lost the ticket. No apologies or anything for the wait.

My partner and I are not one to complain, however this situation has built up over time. We decided to give him the benefit of the doubt after our first encounter, but every single visit his attitude has been extremely rude and discourteous.

Extremely poor service from one staff in particular, skinny indian guy with curly hair and beard. Very argumentative and rude when requested to have leg piece for my quarter chicken every time I visit (EVEN THOUGH I AM PAYING FOR IT), not as if I requested to have free chicken or free meal. He is the main reason why I would hate to go and dine at my all-time favourite chicken restaurant. Been a member since 2015 and this has never been an issue. Absolutely disgusted with this customer service.

Ordered our food online tonight and went to pick it up, the same employee looked at my partner straight in the eye, ignored him and kept talking to his colleague while leaning against the bench. A kind indian girl then came up and served my partner as a proper customer service attendant would. Not sure how he still has a job there, his presence makes the place very unwelcoming and unpleasant.
