Nando's

I came into the store and there were 4/5 workers, not even a single greeting or anything when I came in. I had to wait in the counter for minutes even though the workers looked at me as I wait for anyone to take my order. When I got my order, the lady just chucked the bag on the counter and said no other words. I even said “Thank you” after everything and not even a single look was given. A simple smile or words would have been nice.

Nando's just isn't as good as it used to be. It's expensive and the quality isn't what it used to be.

So I ordered 5 Paella Grande online.and I go there to pick them up and I find that they've packed 5 regular paellas. (half the size of the grande box). So I asked the manager, why did they do the small paellas when I've ordered the large ones.and his response "either ways it'll be the same quantity regardless of the box! ". And he kept making a joke of himself trying to convince me that it doesn't matter which box.it'll be the same quantity.and then finally he offered to swap them for the right sized boxes.
He then asks the girls to change my order to the $21 dollar boxes instead. They get the right sized boxes.kept piling rice into them then added the small sized boxes on top. (no added chicken) and he hands them out to me. (even though I watched them filling the bigger boxes with rice) and he again won't apologize and he keeps going again about the fact that the quantity in the small box is similar to the quantity in the large box.

A joke of a person is this manager over there.a thief, won't apologize and acknowledge a "mistake" and lastly.he's got his own version of physics apparently that says that different sized boxes are equal in size.even if you saw him trying to refill the bigger boxes.
Absolute incompetence like no other.

Store was dirty, no plates, no cutlery. They gave us two sets of cutlery and 1 fork looked like it had not been washed, food still stuck on the fork.food came out and the chicken was cold, corn was icey cold.the only thing they got right was the chips which is not hard to cook.
I asked the corn to be reheated and when they brought it out it was still cold.not only that but me and my partner both got sick the next day.do not go there!

Staff was so unprofessional specially the owner, no plates, no cutlery and dining area was so dirty, food was average very very disappointed never go back to this place

The young waitress was very blunt and rude just chucking the plates down. Food was very very disappointing.

Good place to have a meal. My only gripe is that we could all taste the rancid oil the fries were made in. I doubt the oil is ever changed in this place. The chips taste alot better at other nandos.

I had a birthday voucher and ordered, but couldn't eat it due to it tasting not right. Not going back

Hit or miss. The place is often under-staffed and not cleaned properly/in a timely fashion. Love Nandos, but this one is poorly run.

I haven't been to this store in nearly 2 years because of the bad service and food i had last time. Came in tonight and nothing has changed. Ordered our food. Asked if i needed a number. They replied with no sit where you like. Continued to wait over half an hour whilst everyone else that ordered after us get their food. Was then approached by rude and uninterested staff with no idea on what our order was. Then when we finally recieved our food after all this. It was still incorrect, cold and chips were very old and not hot. Worst nandos store i have ever been too and horrible staff. Avoid at all costs.

This Nando's is one of the best restaurants I've visited in Sunbury. Awesome food, lively music, and above all a very cheerful staff! Kudos to Team Nando's, Sunbury!
I simply love the view from the dine-in area.

My meal was late 6 people after me came paid got their meal. I was disappointed as I didn't even get any sauce. Just the chicken and chips. They apologised which was good which is why service is 2 stars not 1.

This is the best Nandos I’ve ever been to. The food is amazing. The chicken is moist and tasty, never dry. The salad bowls are tasty with a variety of veggies. The Paella is extremely tasty.
Staff are very friendly. This place is always busy for a reason. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Very bad experience with Nando’s I ordered first time veg wrap but they packed meet wrap and when we eat then we resized that that’s not veg, and when we ask then what is this and staff saying that it is vegetarian not meet, I had so bad experience with the food.

Excellent customer service, and food quality. Consistency is always there at Nando's Sunbury. Owners are very friendly, looking after the locals for a long time. Keep at it! The restaurant is clean too.

Worst customer service! Ordered online and gave us wrong order.they won’t refund and store owner was very rude using curse language. Said he didn’t care if we write a review. Has no respect at all!

Thank you to the kind staff of Nandos, who offered to make me some more hot food, when I eventually went back to collect my order an hour later.
I will say even though it was cold it was delicious

Hi, I been to the Nando's Sunbury this afternoon between 2 pm to 3 pm. The guy served us at reception was rude while we are ordering there is no rush behind us but still he ask us to move aside and order later. We have very long history in Nando's. We eat this most of the places in different states. But this is the worst we got today. Very disappointed. We drive about 80 kilometres for having this worst lunch. Not recommended and will never going there again.

Ordered peri peri burger and fries. Fries were very dry and the burger was really poor. Bun was as hard as a cats head and the chicken was tasteless. Peri peri sauce was added right in the dying seconds of cooking so really didn't have a great flavour, or any flavour. Nando's appear to have reduced the size of their burgers quite considerably as well. 10 years ago they were.big. They now look like an emaciated Whopper Junior. All this for $17! Lucky me.
