Friday evening nandos in southland big crowd but the whole chicken I ordered tasted like boiled chicken with sauce poured over it terrible there was no taste. The asian guy cooking only wanted to make a quick buck not worrying about making customers happy I will never buy from there again. Awful

Growing up in restaurants my whole life has made me biased for freshness, I expect quality when I buy food. Nandos is very poor quality compared to high pricing. Selling frozen McCain's corn cobs is hilarious. Food is pretty much always dry, microwaved, frozen, horrific quality. They need stronger quality control with their franchisees.

Food was absolutely delicious. Worth finding a Nando's store near you, to go have lunch or dinner.

Really bad services! The owner/manager gave us attitude straight after we ordered 2 whole chicken and 2 sides. We ordered one chicken with peri peri sauce and one with bbq.he end up brought out 2 peri peri. We asked what happened to our bbq one he took the plate away without even a sorry! Wont come back here for sure.

Great food, the place looks great since it’s all been redone. Everything’s great, only thing is it gets busy at times and the food could come a bit faster. Overall the food tasted good.

A good halal food place at Westfield Southland shopping mall. Do visit and enjoy the food. Best thing is it next to Village Cinema

Always enjoy having a meal at Nando’s prior to seeing a movie. This store is constantly busy but the service can be hit and miss as we have experienced poor service on a few occasions now! They recently did a makeover of the store which looks great.

Worst customer service. Person taking orders is rude and frustrated. This is happening second time at the same store.

Staff has changed for the better since the last time i was here. Good customer service and have a smile on their face.

Food is good though a bit i consistant with the sizes of chips.

Quick service always, only thing is sometimes the chicken sizes are very different. Great staff though and the food is always quick and delicious

I am one of the special weekly customers, this branch is disgusting and has lots of flies, plus bad and slow service.

Although all Nandos are the same, this Nandos branch does have a smaller serving size and customer service isn't the best. I've been to many nandos all across australia and this nandos seems be a disappointment. I'd suggest to eat at another nandos branch.

This Nandos isn't like others. Been going here for years now. These guys know how to make chicken more flavoursome compared to other nandos in the area.

Been here every so often food yummy quick most of the time friendly staff they staffed up my meal once and re did it no complaints
