Terrible service. Won’t cater for children with allergies. Rude arrogant people who say they can’t change the menu to suite. Won’t come back, do not recommend.

Ordered bbq sauce with my meal, now some nandos you pay for it and some you don’t, so I always order with my meal so I can pay if needed, when I asked for it she informed me it’s fine she will bring it over for me. When my meal arrived she said she forgot it, so she went to get it and then came back and told me I’d have to pay, which my food was already there and that not really being my fault I thought she would just bring it and apologise, but no, I had to get up, leave my food and go pay $2 on my card for bbq sauce that I originally asked for anyway.
The staff are completely incompetent, not trained properly, and don’t really care about customer service.
The food was very average.
If you want great nandos and friendly customer service, go somewhere else.

Tonight i dined in at nandos with my friends.first of all my friend was charged an extra $2 for her meal and then her wrap did not have tomato or feta in it as requested so we took it back and they remade it but still forgot the tomato THEN my other friends meal had a black hair in it (we all have red hair). Also when my friend asked for her for the proper wrap the girl was extremely rude and rolled her eyes.i have highly disappointed as nandos is a personal favourite unfortunately i will not be dining at the southland nandos again.

I have eaten Nando’s in different places and most of them have the same standard, especially with the quality of the meals. But this is the worst experience I had so far. The chicken tasted so bad and the chips were too salty can’t even eat.

Also I have noticed that tomato’s sauce bottle were almost empty.

Even the Asian guy who was in the cashier was really rude.

Nando's in Westfield Shopping Centre Southland is a pretty good Nando's Restaurant, the orders are consistently good, the staff are friendly and orders are generally ready pretty quickly

On a weekday, ordering a chicken is totally burnt in black, especially with the drumsticks, wings and breast parts. It tastes very bitter and horrible. Went back to let the owner be aware of the issue, however, he asks if whether to replace a particular part with his arrogant attitude. I respond that the whole chicken is too dry and burnt and its hard to finish. Dont wish to argue. No customer service at all from the owner himself.

Nandos really dropping in standard. I typically love nandos and tonight kids and I got nandos as we were missing it big time. I got the bacon burger and was pretty dissapointed as it lacked of flavour which nandos is typically famous for. Chips we okay.may be bettys burger or kfc next time.

Older Asian male team member/manager was rude by reluctantly allowing me to claim an offer from the nandos app. The chicken I ordered was burned black and dry like jerky. Worst nandos experience ever and will never visit again even though I’m a local

We are regularly customers in all Nando’s branches. Actually, Nando's are the prefer restaurant for us. However, this is the first time we try this branch.the quality for this comparing to others good.but quantity is very small compared to other branches. Because we are used to ordering the same dishes. We order 1 large chicken, seriously chips, large peala.

Terrible. Firstly word of warning to anyone who might be pregnant - the black rice is not fresh in the super bowl salad. Tried to do the right thing and get this to be healthy and it was awful. Rice was stale, stuck together, rock hard and cold - could only eat half of the salad. It wasn’t even my first choice for a meal, but they didn’t have any grain buns. Chicken was dry and had no lemon and herb basting as requested. My partner ordered 1/4 chicken and chips in which they brought out one lonely bit of chicken, with chips to follow several minutes later. The chicken was cold by the time chips arrived. Nando’s really isn’t the same as it used to be.

We only had to wait five or so minutes for our food, which obviously wouldn't happen every time but as a general standard the food preparation here is really quick while not sacrificing the quality. Chips were nice, a little spicy for my liking and quite well priced. Burger was juicy and filling, only wish there wasn't so much lettuce soaking the bun. Nevertheless great place and excellent service!

This Nandos loves to skip on menu items of original Nandos e.g bbq ribs. Second time coming after two weeks and still they do not have it in stock. Inconsistent. Other food they serve is very delicious. Such a shame.

Worst service ever. It's very slow in takeaway. Even I ordered in afternoon but take 25 minutes for wrap and chips

I think the owner should replace their furniture, especially the cushions that have wrinkled and worn out.
Overall the place looks not clean. I usually take away.

Horrible.ordered half chicken with mild basting and halloumi sticks. Chicken was dry, didn't look like any basting was there and the halloumi sticks was ridiculously small in size. Went back to ask what is this and the owner said there is basting on it. Later noticed other customers order looked much better. To ask for peri-peri sauce sachets seemed a bit too much for them to give the customers. Never going back to this place.

My fav spot for a meal with friends before the cinemas. Lovely staff and food! Excellent wait times. Love the atmosphere (and view of the cinema previews)

Food, great. Interior, nice. Service staffs were great, very helpful. Well except for an old guy there, possible owner/ex-owner (not sure about Nandos franchise arrangement these days). Free advise for you, SMILE is the keyword for hospitability industry.

It is I, the great Bill Gates the III, Attorney At Law, Son of Jesus Christ himself, and I can in fact confirm that this location of chicken and chips is pog champs. 5 Stars for that one asian guy who recommended me to buy a whole chicken. I think his name was Paul something.give that lad a raise.

The worst packing I have ever seen.peri peri chicken, peri peri corn all packed in paper bags. Sause drenched paper bag stuck to food and was difficult to remove. It was tearing into bits and pieces. Due to all sauce drenching the paper bags, food was so dry without any sauce.

Secondly, not a big complaint. But we ordered peri peri chips and also extra peri peri salt box. Just bcoz we got the salt box they chose to give normal salt chips instead of what we ordered.
