Worst Nandos ever, ordered 2 items, paid $24 and they couldn’t afford to give me a sachet of sauce

I was denied using my nandos bday voucher because my nandos PERi-Perks membership has my nickname, not first name. (did show my email, ID and bday voucher)

Your website clearly states.
You must present the birthday email barcode + your PERi-Perks membership + Photo ID (if requested) in order to claim your birthday voucher at any Nando’s restaurant in Australia.

Seriously no wonder there were no customers at your store!

ORDERED FROM MENULOG AND I HAVE ALLERGIES TO ONION. I CANNOT PUT ANY COMMENT ON MY ORDER THEREFORE I TRIED TO CALL THEIR RESTAURANT FOR 10 TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERED! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES AND I CANT EVEN EAT MY FOOD. IF YOU HAVE PHONE PLEASE ANSWER IT IF ITS RINGING OTHERWISE JUST TOSS IT OUT TO GARBAGE

Every time I come here I am reminded why I don’t come here more often. The owner (elder asian male) is extremely rude. Customer service gets 0 stars.

Everytime i come here these guys always feed me with the best nandos has. The photos dont lie. Clean tables. Fast friendly service. Good atmosphere. The food came out fast as well. I could not ask for much more. This store is right up there for the Nandos local stores. Good work guys!

Went to the restaurant at 6: 43pm on Thursday 4th March. Saw another customer return a dish that had a hair in it. The male owner (elderly Asian man) plus the Asian female assistant had no hair nets and didn’t think to wear one after the incident.

Owner is very rude. We are regulars to the place and generally end up taking away our leftovers. The owner does not like giving a take away box and responds rudely every time. Shame they don’t appreciate not wasting food and taking it home instead.

Nando’s at Southland looks like it’s trying to be a top tier restaurant and it isn’t. What it is a great place to have a healthy and pleasant meal. It can’t be faulted for that. It’s consistently good food with consistently acceptable service.

I have been a regular customer for this Nando's for quite some time, their quality has degraded badly, the chicken they serve is half cook, and this last time I was waiting for my order which was left waiting in front of me for half an hour without a print receipt in spite of me asking them. Not buying here anymore.

Been to this Nandos on many occasions due to its convenient location. Food is Nandos so it's great as expected, although portion sizes tend to vary each time we go.

The reason this review is 2 stars is because one of the male staff members of Asian descent (possibly the owner) has been rude every single time he takes orders; abrupt, pointing, grunting and rolling his eyes. He does it to other customers as well so it's not just us. We tolerated the attitude since it was such a convenient location but it really spoils the meal.

Edit: I do want to point out the other staff members are very friendly.

Worst nandos experience ever! Unfriendly staff, rude with customers and even limitations on usage of sauces. Better go to some other nandos.

Tasty food. Reasonable prices. Very good.

Had dinner here tonight. Service is friendly and prompt. Food is standard for Nando’s restaurants but the portion sizes just seem oddly small. It had been a while since dining at a Nando’s but even if we hadn’t eaten there prior, the meal sizes were small.

Good service, consistent food and generally well laid out dining area considering the space. Been many times without issue.

Can't go wrong with the food at this Nandos. Chicken and chips are always delicious. Service is quick and friendly.

Not even about the food at all but the service was shocking;

Before we went in for a movie, my mates and I ordered some chips, the male serving me was clearly an owner or manager and he was so abrupt and rude but it gets worse, as we were waiting the 20, yes 20 minutes for chips. A lady came up and asked to redeem vouchers and the staff were beyond unhelpful and rude to the innocent lady.

Definitely won't be going back any time soon.

The service was good than some of the nando's in sydney, same chicken well presented chilly paste was coated well.

Probably the worst nandos in australia. Extra hat came with mo basting whatsoever. I did not enjoy my food and will not return ever. Guve nandos and the origins a bad name.

Food was just OK but that's it. Staff ok but not very friendly.look like they can't wait to finish their shift. We didn't get what we ordered. Brought it to the attention of the owner who fixed it but VERY reluctantly and not without arguing.

Just amazing, I normally get the whole chicken and 2 large side, great combo.and really tasy with the extra hot basting.
