Nagambie Brewery and Distillery

Great venue for casual dining (kids or otherwise), with great Gin or Beer flights and a solid wine list offering many of the wines from surrounding vinyards. Great service and excellent location right on the water.

Lovely table overlooking Nagambie Lake and excellent food - all of the pizzas we ordered were delicious and the calamari salad and chicken mango salad were also really tasty. The Southside cocktail was a standout. Customer service was great, clearly passionate about ensuring guests have a good experience.

We had such a great lunch here over the weekend! Stunning view over the lake, beer tasting was perfect and we had some lamb ribs that was so good we almost ordered another serve! Staff was super lovely and we left feeling so looked after Highly recommend!

The quality of food and beer is really good but the price of the two top choices in the menu (steak and fish of the day) wasn't fair as they were served without any salad or chips plus the 10% surcharge.
Beautiful and dog friendly outdoor area with stunning lake view was worth the experience.

First time there. Place is well set out. Great atmosphere. Food service was quick and best steak ive had in long time. Loved have booked my birthday there.

The food is very basic and really expensive. Don't get the pork ribs because all you get is 3 ribs with a heap of peanuts on it.that's it for $26. Our meals came out with a huge gap we were almost done by the tike the kids got their pizzas. The chips I ordered were cold. The beer was nice though.
We would return based on the meals. Value for money it's really not worth it. It sucks because we always go to these little rural towns to grab a meal.

Great outdoor space with heating. Quick delivery of food and very filling. Loved the Jalapeño Mac bites.

2 great nights spent on the balcony overlooking the lake in Nagambie. Perfect weather. Beautiful sunsets. Sweet breezes. Amazing food. Fantastic portions. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were remembered from the 1st night and the staff were very welcoming. We tasted a selection of beers, gin and vodka and enjoyed it all. Great range. Fantastic taste and excellent mixer selections. Will definitely be going back again.

6 people for lunch. Great location and good service, 3 meals were fine and 3 were disappointing. No one could drink the coffee.

Food is great but limited. Service is exemplary and setting is lovely. They need less hoppy beers but if that's the biggest whinge, then they're doing pretty well.

Such a beautiful place and atmosphere, just a shame it was so expensive, I had pizza and found wasn't much of a pizza. Something you would expect to pay $15 for. Not over $20. (sauce cheese pineapple and I added ham at an extra cost.) Belgian waffle x1 extra $2 for icecream.

We have been here a number of times and have always found the staff, venue and food to be wonderful. Today, unfortunately a waitress spilt an entire tub of aioli onto the shirt of a member of our party, offering incredibly little in the way of apology, and zero attempt to make good. After being asked laughingly if it was a new shirt by the waitress, we had to request soda water and napkins to clean up the shirt, then later had to request a replacement for the spilled aioli. We suggested maybe a free beer for the trouble (of a potentially permanently stained $200 shirt) and were laughed at and walked off on. We understand mistakes happen and we made an effort to not make the waitress feel embarrassed or silly, but were left disappointed by the response to the situation.

Honestly appalling customer service, when we arrived we waited 5 minutes just to be seated even though the place was empty. After finally being seated, the staff member just chucked the menus on the table with nothing said. Waited for 15 minutes to see if someone would serve us but no one lifted a finger meanwhile the staff in the kitchen were eating in plain view of customers. Tried ordering on the app as we were clearly invisible to the staff. Card payment option wasn’t working so ordering on app was redundant. Ended up going up to the bar and I said ‘hey your app isn’t working’, the staff member replied ‘yeah’. When the food eventually came, no napkins or cutlery was offered so I just went to the staff station myself to get them because like hell I was waiting any longer. They left the door open to the deck, letting so many flies in that sitting at the table was unpleasant. During this entire time, I counted 10 staff on and 12 customers in the whole venue. The ‘hiring now’ sign is ridiculous. Your problem is not volume of staff, it’s the level of training. Your manager did not notice any of this the whole time. I previously managed a hospitality business with 10 locations across Metro Melbourne and would never let any of my 1200 staff treat customers this way. Didn’t even get any type of interaction upon leaving the venue either. I really expected more from a venue associated with The Prince and The Mitchelton. If I were the parent company, I’d be looking at the CCTV from 3 to 4pm today. You need a new manager ASAP that actually knows what they are doing. The food was okay. Pick up your game, seriously.

Great tasting Burgers and Ribs, had the beer paddle and it was great for a hot summer's day. We had a seat overlooking the lake and it was just a great experience. Would be back to try the pizza's and Gin next time

Kids enjoy Three Cheese Pizza. Me too. I will recommend for Beer Flight, local beers allow you to taste the full range of beers available. Lake side view is awesome and the food is also nice. Price is a bit higher. But I like the way their order online which is easier and quicker. Staffs is awesome too.
