Super long wait times even when you have an appointment. I would suggest going to a clinic that respects people's time, give this place a miss.

Don't be fooled, they don't open until 10pm, just whenever they are booked up until 10pm. Why can they not say on their website, no appointments taken after 8: 30? Just went in with some mental health concerns at 8: 30pm and got turned away, with 4 people in the waiting room.
