Myers Street Family Medical Practice

The nurses here are so beautiful. We have had years of immunisations done here. They’re always so gentle and friendly with the kids. The doctors are also great.

It was so easy to register at the new computer and I’m 79 years young. Nurse was wonderful and Dr Lea McIntyre was so efficient and interested for the reason I was there. Love going here.

Very good service and very professional with what they do. I recommend to anybody. Thanks very much appreciated everything.

I always look forward to seeing Dr. Sangesh Chaudhary. She is very intelligent and helpful. Always smiling and taking time to listen to me. A fabulous doctor!

The doctor's I saw and the practice manager are highly uneducated and have no interest in practising safe medicine, Then to make it worse, They lie about the situation. Absolutely disgusting draconian practices, Thank you for making the decision for myself to not attend this clinic again, It would be determental to my health
IT'S VERY OBVIOUS THAT WHEN A MEDICAL CLINIC ASKS ALL ITS PATIENTS TO LEAVE A review THAT THEY ARE IN DAMAGE CONTROL, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH CAUTION, READ THE COMMENTS PROPERLY FIRST, THE INTELLIGENT WILL UNDERSTAND

Dr. Tine is great. He is very calming and listens to you during the consultation.

My only grievance is the medical fee after my recent appointment being a new and random figure that is not the typical amount.
I’m usually charged $88.00 for a standard consultation, but this time was charged $92.00?

Only 3 weeks after the last appointment I had at this medical centre. The cost is not a concern, but charging more money for a consultation (<10 minutes) without any notification by the receptionist when I booked, checked-in, or left the clinic (and paid), is completely underhanded.

Considering that I checked the fee schedule 5 minutes prior to booking my appointment and the standard fee was advertised as $88.00.

I’ve been a regular patient for years, but I found this incident to be dishonest and disappointing, contrasted to the typical excellent care I receive from the doctors and staff at the clinic.

Please advertise or notify your patients prior to confirming an appointment if the fees have been increased. I would not have been alerted by this experience had the information been transparently available from the beginning.

As a new resident of Geelong I had to find a new Dr. I am very happy with this practice.friendly staff. The Dr was lovely and the location is convenient with a pharmacy right next door.

Was in and out very efficiently. Staff were courteous.
Gp was friendly and helpful.
Was a very good experience when feeling unwell.

So refreshing to go to the doctors and not have to wait excessive amount of time beyond one’s appointment time

So easy to make appointment, was called into my appointment on time with friendly and professional staff.

I have been attending Myer street for about 20 years with my diabetes and other accidents. My wife and daughter also attend and we have nothing but praise for the way we have been treated by the doctors and the nurses.
That includes when I have been seen at short notice by a doctor and nurse other than my regular doctor when I've cut myself with a power tool!

I could not fault the girls at the front or Dr Tinny. I had an emergency and they got me in and sorted me out quick

I have had a number of medical issues in the past two years and the GP's and staff at MSFMP have looked after me with care and attention and now I in recovery.

What a treat it was to ring a medical centre and be able to get an appointment! Staff super friendly and very minimal wait time, being from another state and needing Dr was so nice to get one within a day of calling. Thank you so much - highly recommend this medical centre:)

Just don’t go here. Save yourself time and go to Geeinghap medical clinic. Hidden gems and the doctors are quite literally amazing. This place… shocking, rude, judgmental and walked out of there feeling helpless. Please just don’t go.

Never had any problems. Mike Rankin is the best.sometimes hard to get an appointment with him but overall I I'd highly recommend myrs st medical.
