Myer Doncaster

On Wednesday 9th November 2022 Narelle bought me a Maxwell & Williams White Basics Soho Rim 16 Piece Dinner Set, Gift Boxed for $78.17 since she accidentally broke a mug. On Tuesday 13th December 2022 they offered to refund her on goodwill because it got lost in transit by Australia Post even though I received it.

AVOID the older woman in the perfumes section at all costs. I have had the misfortune of being 'served' by her on a number of occasions. She knows nothing about the products, nothing about good customer service, and no manners.

11: 15am 27 Nov 2021 electrical appliances section. Received no service from a glum, sarcastic, passive aggressive middle aged woman with tinted hair who clearly did not want to be there. To Myer HR: it's not about the age, it's about the attitude.

Staff are friendly and helpful. But range is limited.

We were here to purchase some maternity items but were very surprised that they didn’t have even a tiny section for maternity outfits. I guess they didn’t expect expecting mothers to shop here. How disappointing. It’s basically discriminatory to not carry a certain range. Needs to improve.

Great staff though, helpful in providing directions, quick returns assistance and knowledgeable in products. However there appears to be a lack of cashiers resulting in very long queues.

I went to the men shoes department, the staff was busy watching video on her phone, and did not serve at all.

Bit tedious the whole process of having to increase the brightness and press my phone against the glass for the other person to get the numbers right before attempting to locate my order. Took alot longer than 3 hours to click and collect & the directions was misleading. But lucky enough to get a new set of cutlery and a candle.

So frustrating. Will not shop with them again. David Jones is so much better for service. Won’t come back again once I finally pick up my item. Understand Click and Collect process is slowing everything down but terribly unhelpful from the over the phone support to at the door with staff members

Not only were the click and collect directions provided on the website really misleading, the store was also kind enough to leave the security tags on.

Very frustrating experience.

You'd think after 18 months this monolithic business could have worked out its website, purchasing and logistics let alone "customer service", like other more flexible businesses. What a waste of time, and effort, completely unhelpful and unscrupulous. Dreadful.

Great experience today. The lady in women's fashion helped me find what I needed that was hiding in another area. Above and beyond!
A pleasant change from always being ignored like normal

Love shopping at Myer Doncaster as i grew up in the area but it's been a very long time since returning and it has changed and for the better.

Poor staffing. Those there do a great job but not enough. Has always been a m problem but despite met changes the obvious is ignored. Staffing.

Friendly staff and great things on sale and if you are a value shopper then worth the visit to see what's on. Picked up sone Superdry this trip and I am happy.

Kiehl's midnight recovery concentrate is good to keep skin moist/soft for old & young.

This is my favourite Myer store! The customer service is excellent, the range of goods is extensive. The specials are fantastic. A great shopping experience!

Had an Incredible experience with Liana in the Homeware Section on Saturday. Absolutely A+ Grade service, super friendly and proactively helpful. The general Myer homewares department had also great range and decent prices.

Absolutely disgusting service in men's wear. Try to call anyone there and you will be put on hold for ever. Staff should be prosecuted for claiming wages under false pretenses. First to go should be Sandra the always absent supposed manager.

Staff aren't helpful at all, Seems they got more interest on their mobile phone, especially the staff at the DECIEM, did not move his eyes from his mobile phone for a single second.
Simply want to purchase an item from Kiehl's and was told the staff is on her break.
Looking for other staff at other cosmetic counters to help, no one is willing to help me to pay my item and keep chatting. Finally a lady from chanel came and helped me to check out.
It is not a busy time at Myer, while no one does not even care about customers. It won't be a surprise Myer close more stores if the staff treat customers so badly.

Last week I went to kid's clothing department in Myer Doncaster, and there was a very nice and helpful gentleman (his name was Rohan) who helped me to download the Myer one app and I needed some extra help about resetting my password, then he called the costumer service for me and someone helped me.
He was very caring and patient.
I was feeling very pleased with his nice professionally manner.
Definitely recommend Myer in Doncaster and Specialy Rohan in kid's department
