Worst service ever. Do yourself a favour and avoid this travel agent at all cost. Been more than 3months and have not received a refund for a flight that was cancelled. No one is bothered at all for their customers and simply pass the blame to the airline. On top of that, I keep receiving other passengers travel details and flight tickets along with their personal details emailed to me randomly. Unless you want your privacy exposed and want the worst service ever, along with no support at all from the travel agent, avoid avoid avoid.

Is this a legitimate business or is it a front for scammers? Recently had two transactions against my Mastercard which I know nothing about charged to this business.

Friendly, approachable and reliable staff. Appreciate for being in touch through hard times and speaking up whenever necessary. Highly recommend.

Really professional and access 24x7. Specifically the service I received from Anuhas and Oshen was excellent. They both value the customer and attend to the needs. Oshen even went above and beyond to get a better rate for me when I had to postpone my parents tickets. Highly recommend.

I have been using this travel agent for nearly 2 years It was a great company to deal with, but recently the customer service has been appalling. They never follow up When issues and questions are asked.
One of the Melbourne staff doesn't know how to add a trip to my Qantas FF app.
The staff working in the Sri Lankan office promised that he was goIng to add my flights to my Qantas app but he hasn't done this.
I hope in future they can fix this or provide an explanation or reason why they are not able to do it.
