I recently reserved my ticket to Sri Lanka from My Flight Zone. All the staff (including Sachini, Chamari and Gothami) were very responsive and professional. They provided me all the details about the travel procedure during this pandemic time, which I would not have handled alone. They are friendly and pay attention to detail. Ticket prices are competitive too.
If you are travelling to Sri Lanka, this is the place. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really like to thank Namal and Lakshan for persistent effort to get my Virtual card from agency. Both of them even worked on their holidays following up the case.really recommend this as they will treat your case as yours. Dnt hesitate make a booking with this Travel agency. They know how to get the things done.

Highly recommended team, very helpful, friendly and they provide a very good customer service with the best rates. Simply, they are the best out there in town. Nilhara Fernando was my travel consultant and she met all of my requirements personally and I would consult her again.

I contacted MFZ regarding the ticket prices to Melbourne and received a quick and accurate response by a friendly staff, Nilhara. She provided me with a very good deal for the lowest price which you can't find anywhere else. Overall, the quality of the service was exceptionally good.

Worse Customer Service now as very rude and arrogant behaviour. So disappointed I used to book with them but not anymore. They have a story for everything. People do this and that to them. Most of the recent five star comments here are from their friends and family only. Just unbelievable how they try to fool the public. Do not forget that lots of other travel agents in the market if you don’t know about customer service should shut down.

Bad experience with my flightzone. DO NOT BUY TICKETS from them. They do NOT take responsibility for anything and it takes them ages to respond to you.

I really regret buying tickets from your company. My flight has been cancelled and now I'm struggling to get my money back. After waiting for weeks, your Customer "Care" Team finally answered but lied about refund. There is no CARE in your service, it's more scaring than caring. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Feel robbed by this company. Booked flight in April last year during Covid. Flights were cancelled, and they said a refund would be sought from airlines, and they would keep in touch. Then they went quiet and made themselves uncontactable. But they say they will answer 24*7. What a paradox. Would not recommend: (Give me my money back.

I just noticed a bad review from a fake account on my name. Sorry, this is not me. How can I report and remove this fake account?

Horrible! Please avoid! I would have given zero stars if there was an option for that. I rarely give bad reviews, but i felt compelled to give this one. I had a Sri Lankan Airlines Ticket booked by this 'agency' upon my flights to Melbourne being cancelled, I kindly requested that I wanted to rebook and would pay the surcharge- they gave me incorrect advice saying I should contact Sri Lankan. While Sri Lankan Airlines were adamant to always use the agency. I know who to believe. The contact number they gave did not seem to work and they were unresponsive to questions and e-mails. This agency is only open 24 hours for new bookings. This seems like a total scam. I probably have no hope in hell of a refund or a rebook. I do not know how this agency still has a license!

Useless. Do not book with this company. I have contacted you numerous times on the phone and via email. I've been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minuts on the phone and I'm still waiting for email response. It has been over a year now. All I want is a full refund. And I will not pay for the administration fee. It is unexpectable.

I had worst experience with them, wrong guidance and late response.i had to suffer alot in the airport due to their mistake and also had to book another flight on the spot because they didn’t mention all the information as per flight’s rules.

If I could give no star at all, I would do this! This whole ticket agency is a scam business that does not care about the customers at all! Check them on facebook they promise you the whole world. These people are shameless! They use the situation with COVID-19 to make profits when so many of us are put into a very difficult situation even though almost all airlines are flexible and willing to help!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRAVEL WITHOUT ANY HICCUPS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS POOR, THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP AT ALL AND WILL NOT ADVISE ON ANYTHING. I MADE A BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY, THEN HAD TO MAKE A FEW CHANGES. THEY DID NOT SEND OVER AN E-TICKET NUMBER UNTIL IT WAS TOO LATE, DESPITE ME TRYING TO CONTACT THEM CONTINUOUSLY. WHY CAN'T YOU GET A SIMPLE THING RIGHT? I DOUBT THEY WILL ASSIST, DUE TO AMOUNT OF POOR REVIEWS

Poor customer service from Shane and all the team. All they want is your money then they leave you hanging. My colleague's mother had passed away in Sri Lanka and we booked two tickets for them and they showed up to fly out and were told the flight had been canceled. They then wanted to book my colleague on a flight a week later and charge them an additional $315 for each passenger. The excuse given was COVID-19. What a rip off. When we checked this information witih the airlines, they confirmed the information was not right. Thanks My Flight Zone for disappointing all of us and ruining a family matter for a very special friend. We will never come to you for our tickets and will be telling everyone about your behaviour.

NO CUSTOMER VALUE AFTER SALE!
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tickets, these guys behave opposite. For fresh booking they have 24*7 helpline but not for rescheduling or cancellation. They will keep calling you until you get the tickets booked but for cancellation I had to call daily for one week. Each time I was told I’m gonna get a call back but I never did. After 1 week of hassle and me escalating, I got nothing. Shocking experience.

Utterly disgraceful. What a way to treat a heavily disabled person who is dire need of special attention on the flight. Will not get ticket from you again

This ticketing company is a fraudulent business that plays with your money. It used to be ok, but not anymore. They wiill always give you hundreds of excuses and stories - but you will only understand the real face of the business once you spend money. Did it once, not again. Of course, like with everyone else, I am not surprised if they say my name does not exist. I've heard they play the same game every time.

Not recommended. Do not lose your money. Do not waste your time. You don't want headaches after buying an air ticket. Too many bad stories. If you fall for their talk, good luck.
