Still waiting for a response for the inquiry made on 12 Jan 2022 in regards to the cancellation of my two air tickets in April 2020 due to one of your agents negligence.
I have sent three emails to the Director and still no response.
Will be lodging a complaint with fair trading.

I have been a Myflighzone customer for long time. After Covid-19 thier customer service is very poor. I have 4 x MH tickets trying to reschedule so I can fly. Agent I have been contacted with give so many promises to get back to me but no action.what is wrong with these people. Very disappoiting. I actaully feels going to australia consumer ombudsman.

Lakshan/Devinka hope you see this and your supervisors too. Your service is absolutely terrible. We have been trying get your help in changing the tickets booked through you for the last two weeks and all we have been hearing is that you need two days more to sort it. And we have been left helpless as Air Canada wants us to speak to them through the ticketing agents. The reason why people go through agents is to get a better service than merely buying a ticket online.

Please don't bother to use them!
