Mulgrave Country Club

After our company Christmas dinner, I had written to you guys about a terrible menu for the vegetarians. No response from your side shows that you don't care about the minority. I would again mention that for entree we were served a few leaves of lettuce and two tiny cubes, 1cm wide, of carrot and beetroot. It's time you bring in a chef who knows at least some basic vegetarian cooking. Or you can say on your site that you don't cater for vegetarians. I won't visit your place until some changes are made.

We had one vegetarian and one gluten intolerant diner out of 8 of us who dined. The food, price and service was faultless. The tables were constantly being cleaned and you could tell that they're taking their covid precautions seriously.
I was so impressed with the meals that we returned the following week, and it's certainly not local! My parents took out a membership after visiting too, so a thumbs up from all. Very impressed. Thank you!

We love this club. We used to eat here all the time. It's the first time we did Christmas Lunch there. The food was great but a massive delay in the meal due to serious staff shortages.

Slow service only one person at bar to serve. Dont come here staff are very unfriendly and not helpful. $8.60 for a pot of ginger beer. Rip off

The Customer Service, was good, nice, clean and spacious club but unfortunately the quality of the food is a real let down. The last time I was at this club was pre pandemic and the food was bad, sad to say there has not been any improvement. The prices are very high, which demands a quality chef to cook the food.

Attended Xmas in July lunch, room was packed. Food alright. No bar service at tables, told to get friends to get drinks as being disabled I am unable to buy for myself. After complaining table service was provided for 1 drink which was appreciated. NO DISABLED TOILET for function room which consisted mainly of elderly people, lots with walking sticks and some walkers. Money is welcome which doesn't include service or amenities for all.

Unfortunate meal, tuckers fryup not very well prepared or presented. Disappointing as thats the first poor meal i have had at this venue. Dry bacon, undercooked egg very messy not as an egg should look when served, thin bbq sausage undercooked, and a dried up piece of meat.what looked like a sausage patty, no liver no onions. Very poor effort.

Went to renew our membership and stopped for an afternoon tea at the Cafe. Shared a Chicken fajitas wrap and a bowl of chips with a pot of tea. Food and drink was excellent with the Dips and sauce. Staff were attentive to our needs with a very friendly attitude. We do love going for snacks or dine-in. We love how the Cafe area has been opened up with great use of space.

Fantastic people, had such a laugh and they couldn't be more helpful. Had the best New York cheese cake I've had in a long time and served with real cream.

We went to lunch with friends, our meals were very enjoyable. Haven't been to the Mulgrave Country Club for probably more than 2 years. The dining area has been re-furbished - it looks great, very tastefully done.

Staff unfriendly. Knowing us, don't acknowledge Machines far too close to each other and other people. No room to pass between them.

Wonderful. The environment is better than before. Every thing is good, good food, good service, good view and we have a great time.

Brilliant. Excellent decor, good range availability, great food fantastic service. Highly recommended. Desert service could improve on ready made cakes selected from a glass case.

Had dinner, they served chicken with vegetables and tried some of the salmon as well. Cooked nicely and very flavourful. The dessert was this white chocolate pudding that was quite nice too. Date cake was warm and tasted like dates. Function was very clean.

Very friendly helpful staff. Food was very good with a wide selection of meals available, reasonably priced.

I would like to talk about pre covid days which I hope we soon return to. This is a wonderful venue to go for a meal or a drink. The atmosphere is phenomemnal here. I love the live music and special performers they have regularly at the Club. It has bowls, tennis, squash and yoga facilities. I have really missed going there during lockdown.

Very friendly staff, food is always good in the bar and restaurant. The club also is kid friendly in the restaurant has a man wondering around making animals out of balloons on certain nights and special occasions

We came here for our daughter's birthday. Friday night's are great for the kids. They have an entertainer who sings, plays guitar and makes things out of balloons for the kids. The kids get up and dance and have a great time. Food is lovely and the outside area is beautiful. A really nice place to enjoy.
