69Thank you to Emad and team for a fabulous, fun, entertaining and very delicious New Year's Eve.
Disgraceful manager Kerry Scarlett kicked me out for no reason banned me for life I was a paying tennis member there for 15 years Disgraceful human being got rid of tennis courts for her evil pokies avoid this greedy club at all costs
Nice place to dine and have functions in. Have been there for a few functions where I had dinner beforehand - parma is nice, could use a little less cheese, and the chips need to be crispy and some flavour. Overall, it’s a place I would visit again as I have had better meals there in the past.
This time the three of us had Seniors Seafood Baskets - we all enjoyed them. We'll be back.

The Seafood platter was brilliant, 3 of us happily shared it. We'll be back.
Had a great night out seeing BABBA. Food was good, service exceptional. Very attentive wait staff. Real value for money too:
Very nice modern interior with good vibes. It was a busy night so the food was a bit slow. However we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a lovely time. The Parma was especially delish - good amount of cheese which was grilled to perfection
Today's dinner made us feel amazing, the attitude of the service staff is very goodThe meal is unique, but the steak is slightly overcooked, but it does not affect the deliciousness of the meal I like the dining environment in the restaurant. After dinner, you can go to the next casino. Today’s dinner made us feel amazing, and the attitude of the service staff is very goodThe meal is unique, but the steak is slightly overcooked, but it does not affect the deliciousness of the meal I like the meal in the restaurant very much Environment, after dinner, you can also go to the nearby casino to try your skills
Saganaki cheese should be served with a lemon slice to squeeze over the top and not with watermelon cubes! My precooked beef short ribs came out cold
Crying don’t come here lost 250 dollars. DONT GAMBLE!
friendly staff tho and love the free coffee machine really good vanilla spiced chai and hot chocolate’s
Had a great time some of the locals were a bit ignorant but I guess u have to put up with that.
This establishment is guilty of passive ableism. Recently I booked a table for a small birthday dinner. When I got there I was told I had to have photo ID, but I wasn't told this over the phone. I can't drive because of my epilepsy. I have never held a driver's licence because of this. Who takes a valuable object like a passport for a simple birthday dinner? Their "solution" to the problem was to give me a terse lecture about how I should have a key pass. Why would I bother with that if I have never had to prove I was eighteen in the last 25 years? I'm not going through the hassle of getting that so I could dine at ONE lousy bistro.
I wanted to state that you are discriminating against me because I have a "hidden disability". People assume if you look fine then you can't be disabled and you must be able to drive.
I didn't mention the fact I have epilepsy because I was too embarrassed to mention it in public, and I didn't want to make a scene because it was an important day for my family member.
After almost begging them for entry they reluctantly agreed to let me in because I promised not to go into the gaming area.
Previously, you could just sign in without photo ID, but that policy has obviously changed.
While the food was excellent I felt horrible after leaving. I'm never going back. On my other social media accounts I have condemned this place as being ableist. Both management and staff are in dire need of an education.
Very friendly staff but not the greatest kitchen. Left off items from the order and seemed to have forgotten one table in the group of three. Finally received the meals when everyone else had finished.
What's not to love? Great staff, bingo, snooker, bowls, squash, delicious meals, and more.
First time having lunch for mums 70th. Waited over 45 mins for the food to arrive 1 staff member was rude but otherwise it was ok. Food was good and good size portions
I was there last night for a meal. Was not at all happy with service when ordering my meal. First I asked any seniors meals. No not tonight Second I asked any chef specials tonight. No. So Third try I asked for the veal scallopine with chips and salad. No we cannot do that it must come with the roast potatoe and brocolini. Grrrr. So I opted for the Prawn and Lobster Ravioli. At $29 Surely that would be nice. What an error that was. 6 pieces of Undercooked ravioli. I could not even work out what the filling was in the ravioli definetly didn't taste like lobster. Actually it really had no flavour at all. It was a grey mushy something. Now i think about it probably was raw. Not at all nice. It also had a very floury taste. The sauce though was quite nice with the 6 prawns.
Was at a table with 9 others only half enjoyed their meals. No bread rolls ether. How can they offer lamb shanks without a bread roll to soak up gravy. My friend had to ask for a roll twice before getting one. His meal was finished when it finally arrived at the table.
OK. The staff are friendly, the building clean and tidy. However it's very noisy, the burger and fries were slightly worse than average. Parking was too tight. 2 stars only.
We went here for my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. It was held in the heritage room. Couldn’t fault it! Food was amazing. Kids play room was great but the only reason all was so great was because of the staff, they were fantastic. Special mention to GILL. She was pleasant and helpful. Thanks GILL! ️
This place needs people in management who want to be there and don't bring their bad days into work
We had my husband's 50th Birthday party there, food was amazing! Staff are SUPER friendly, I would give them the award of the BEST Customer Service for the year:) Sharon, the on-duty manager was so helpful, she really made our day! Thanks so much Sharon.
The place is highly recommended for parties.
The Pinnacle function venue in the area. Friendly staff and scrumptious food in a lovely environment. Had many great work Christmas parties here and always felt safe and secure, especially with the knowledge that all guests have their ID scanned on entry.
