MSD Bentleigh East - Crimsafe Steel Security Doors Melbourne

I had a Crimsafe screen door and Crimsafe window screen installed a couple of days ago. I can't fault these guys. Everything ran like clockwork and as promised - the visit (two visits because I changed my mind!) for measurement and quote, the installation date, and then Laurie and his son who did the actual installation were great - very punctual and great workmanship. Great product and service, thank you.

Professional service in all regards. Lady in the office who helped us choose, owner who came to measure up and installer who did a good job. All excellent. We chose a an aluminium crimsafe.suited our needs and at a reasonable price.but also a good range of steel screen doors. Recommend.

It’s not often I feel the need to praise a product or service on line. But on this occasion I thought it a must. My husband and I were impressed with great service we received on the several occasions we visited the Bentleigh showroom to choose a steel Security door for our humble home. Staff were always friendly and knowledgeable. Greg the owner came to measure up and I was a little nervous as the it was an old home. But much to my relief, I was just so impressed with the quality and the fit was perfect. Big thank you to Greg and the wonderful team at MSD Security Doors.

I'm still waiting for my security door installed? It's been roughly 6 weeks, the guy Peter told us 4 weeks, then when I contacted via FB messenger after 4 weeks, it was delay another 2 weeks in a phone call, til now more than 6 weeks, I am still waiting for how long more before they contacted to install for us? We made payment 2 days after accepting quote for a 4 weeks installment.what sort of service is that? Why many 5 stars with so poor service or because us we paid money advance to get disadvantage like mobile phone customers? I will wait for their response for our Ormond house installment!

Great service from the Bentleigh East MSDsecurity door company. The measurements taken were precise, using a laser measuring device. Everything from choice of door styles, handles, colour was discussed. On site the fellow was able to discuss the need for a frame to prevent damage to my existing door handles which other companies had not discussed. They are price competitive. I am very impressed with the staffs’ professionalism and my doors were fitted beautifully by Nick. Communication regarding the fitting date was limited, but dealing with Christmas holidays/public holidays they did extremely well to get them installed in a timely manner and with a smile. I’m so happy with the result! Thank you
