This is the second door we have had installed and the installers were fantastic and so helpful. I wanted the first door closing adjusted and it was no trouble for them to do it for me. They also explained how I could take the bolt out to get both doors keyed alike. Father and son team who were great
Doors are great too. As the nights get warmer we are comfortable leaving both front and rear doors open for a breeze during the night with no worries about anyone getting into the house

While the door looks good, it slams hard if you don’t hold the door and squeaks every time it opens or closes. On advising the installer, they say it should settle in a couple of months. Not great service so I question the quality.
Not only that, we were told 4-6 weeks for installation, and it took over 3 months.

We had three security doors installed by Laurie and his partner and they were very friendly and professional, explaining the process they would use. They performed an excellent job and they explained the functions of the locks very carefully. The doors look great. We used the Balaclava door for the front entrance and 2 plain Crimsafe doors for the back. No deposits were requested. We paid in full once the job was completed. I would highly recommend them. Not often that you receive such good service and a pride in their work.

Nothing new to write about MSD Bentleigh as they are highly professional from measurements to installation. We found them as friendly approachable customer service. But it is our great pleasure to (specifically) mention about installation people, Mark & Laurie. We found their work ethic is 110% with superb installation techniques. They make sure that we are happy with the installation before they leave the site. First they installed crimsafe security doors for our main entrance and laundry door. After few months, we specifically asked MSD Bentleigh to send Mark & Laurie again to install sliding security door that means the standard of the work they did in the first instance. A big thanks to Mark & Laurie, you people are lovely. God bless you.

Had a double set of heritage style steel doors installed today by Casey. Super pleased with the way they look. Casey checked everything with us before he did it to make sure that it was what we wanted. Business runs like a well-oiled machine - quotation emailed immediately, SMS received when the installer was on their way etc. I have no hesitation in recommending them!

Got our two doors installed by Laurie and Mark today after waiting for 5 weeks for them to be manufactured. Both men are knowledgeable and very professional. Extremely happy with the final result!
