From Start to Finish it has been a pleasure working with Crimsafe - Centre Road, East Bentleigh. Michael, is very professional, - He quoted us on our Two Security Doors, matched the security door exactly to the colour of the frame and front door. We really love the doors, it looks like it was part of the doors. Our house has the front door with the Glass lead design and the security door looks amazing. Got a crimsafe front security door installed, can leave just that locked at night, you're not getting through it, looks great, they're great to deal with gave me a discount, no problems in recommending them.

It was a slow start when i rang MSD East Bentleigh and spoke to Scott. However when i went into the showroom in East Bentleigh and spoke to Carol things changed immediately. Carol was very professional and looked after my needs and provided me with all the answers i required to enable me to make the right decision on which door was right for me. She arranged an appointment for measurement straight away. Michael who came out and measured my door was friendly and very knowledgable. My door was ready within 3 weeks which was exceptional. Communication was great through the whole process. Had all the options explained with no pressure to choose the most expensive one. Very happy with the end result, looks great and my dog happily uses the doggy door now!

John, who installed the door, was lovely and did a great job. I think it's rare for a business to get all of the steps right in the customer experience but MSD certainly nailed it in our experience.

From the first call, to the visit at the showroom, subsequent visit to my home for measure and quote to the install this was a precision operation. Excellent service, really good communication (through the app, SMS and phone) and then install meant I never had to follow up. Seamlessly executed by a great team! Very satisfied.

Very happy with the sevice, I was kept up to date when the doors would be fitted, and was done within 3- 4 weeks from odering. Would highly recommend MSD Australia

Worst experience. I was told my door would take 6 weeks, 3 months later they finally came to install but they had measured it wrong. I was told I would now have to wait another month, after complaining I got it down to 3 weeks. It was not adjusted properly and I was left with a squeaky door and one that slams. I know these are easy fixes but it just shouldn't of been left like that. The door itself looks great.
