Mrs Kim's Grill reviews
88Good food, a little cramped and would have preferred a little better lighting so we could see what we were cooking a bit better, but an overall lovely dinner and great value for money.
Delicious, and fantastic value for money.
Make sure you wear loose fitting clothes, you will need to extra room after eating here!
Our goal to Korean BBQ joint in Carnegie.
Lovely meal kits for takeaway.
Food is delicious and tastes natural. The pork belly was very nice.
The takeaway meal kits are around $20.
I love this place. The food is so good. The service is so fast and the prices are fair considering the amount and quality of food you are getting. It is not the most good looking restaurant and there are some ugly tables on the back but the food doesn't disappoint.
Super friendly and attentive staff.
The meats were all fantastic quality as were all the sides and accompaniments.
BEWARE! One thing to keep note is that the serving sizes are VERY big.my partner and I went for the seafood and meat option which was $59 and included a wider variety we could try.upon ordering some items we realised that they served ENTIRE big steaks instead of small cuts which meant that we didnt get to try all of the menu items.there were at least 4 or 5 menu items we couldnt try because we were too full from the huge servings.which made going for the more expensive all you can eat option not worth it.im sure the cheaper all you can eat would be worthwhile though.food was tasty, we will come again for the cheaper all you can eat option.wait staff and aesthetics of the restaurant were good.
Me and my wife love this place so much. We’ve been coming for years. Even came for our 10 year wedding anniversary.
Great food. Well priced. Parking can be slightly difficult in the evening- suggest you go behind the Woolies or the smaller car park behind the arcade.
Highly recommended!
Had a great dinner here last night. Ordered the bulgogi all you can eat set. Really enjoyed all of the meat options, but the chilli chicken was my favourite. The salads were really nice too. We found our wait person to be great and they provided quick and friendly service. Ordered the soy fried chicken too and that was also nice. It is great value and will definitely be back!
Good options to choose from in the all you can eat menu. Love the use of an app - the service is quick and no time wasted.
Delicious food, highly recommend the combination (pictured). Lovely and friendly staff. Good ambiance but on the noisier/louder side. Definitely will be back.
Meat here is great quality and everything is well priced. Salads also really good and service is good.
Went here for dinner for a group of 7.
Had a great night, great options, and we chose the $42 all you can eat option.
Staff were friendly and attentive had a great time, chatting with friends and eating. I have attached some photos, meat was fresh! It was good, had an enjoyable night. We stayed there for approximately 2 hours. Had a variety of meat, vegetables and soups. Staff were attentive and helped us change the grill every half an hour or so to keep it clean. 4/5
I thought the all-you-can-eat was great, it has very good choices of proteins and side dishes. The only thing is that you have to be prepared to come out smelling of smoke.
You guys seriously need to update your opening hours, I've ordered delivery twice while waiting for over an hour just to find out you're actually closed. Waste of time for both the customer and the delivery person.
Terrible customer service.
Gave me overstated bill which contains many items that I didn’t order (nearly double the amount).
Had no idea to check and fix it at their end, but asked me to pick out what I have ordered.
No explanation and no apology.
First and foremost- if you’re vegetarian, this isn’t the place for you. You need to like meat to come here and although I’m a meat eater, I would’ve loved more side options that included salads etc.in saying that - as this is mostly a carnivores place, in that department it did not disappoint. The steak was one of the most delicious I’ve had in a long time and I’m fussy. The other meats just as equally delicious. But I didn’t cook them- I’m hopeless at that. Make sure you bring your resident chef if you don’t feel like manning the grill. (Side note - the prawns are a pain to cook and peel stick to the meats)
Been to Mrs Kim’s many times now and honestly not ever a single disappointment. Every service staff has been super friendly, ordering is quick and easy with the tablet ordering system and the food is consistently delicious and fresh. Not a single thing I would change as a fun, reliable and tasty KBBQ restaurant!
Had all this (plus side orders) for $70 for 3 people and it was so yummy/filling and well priced. The BBQ sets come with a ton of side dishes and a soup with eggplant (Asian style eggplant idk what it’s called in English) + we ordered fried chicken/tofu jiggae/japchae
We visit every few weeks and will come back after Covid is over. The food is always fresh and tasty - the family love it. It does get busy during peak hours
We ordered $71 set BBQ.
Meat quality pretty ordinary I would say.
Salmon salad good!
Kimchi pork soup there was no pork at all. And the taste really I don't think it's good.mushrooms seems like can cook longer.
Kimchi complimentary you will need to keep asking as the portion is like 2 bites.
Onion hmmm not really impressed.
We were sitting outside with tent and the plugs was hanging up in the air, one is half plugged in.
No system to get the smoke out so.
For similar price I would recommend there's other KBBQ better.
