Food sensational. Great wine list. Service selective. I was sat at the bar with a friend who has the unfortunate habit of wearing a cap and t-shirt … always. Either side of us were diners receiving wonderful service. We got the ‘scumbag treatment. Sure, I’ll go back and do it again with someone who dresses the part. This was not my first experience of MoVida. However it was my first ‘scumbag treatment’ experience at MoVida. Generally it’s a delight and extremely handy to accomodation, transport and entertainment.

The best Spanish tapas, a centrally located amongst one of Melbourne’s famous street attractions lanes, great atmosphere & wine list. It’s a must to try for dinner or lunch on your melbourne stay

Went for lunch. Good menu and great service. They explain the menu well. Atmosphere was wonderful. The food was very tasty and worth going back for!

Perfect balance of Spanish! Menu has a perfect selection of Spanish foods and tapas for an easy and quick delicious dinner before our show. The gin cocktail, Spanish beer and Spanish wine were perfect. Well done.

Celebrated our first wedding anniversary here! Tried the set menu and added oysters. Everything was delicious! We’ve tried a few other Spanish restaurants in the area but this has to be number one. We sat in a cozy booth and had the best time. Can’t wait to be back:) (everything was too good, only got a pic of the oysters)

The tapas dishes were explosions of flavours in my mouth. Absolutely yummy dishes. We had a great time catching up there as a group. The Staff told us which each dish was and we're sweet and attentive topping up our bread up to dip in the sauces in each tapas dish

Really enjoyed the experience. Food and service was lovely. Definitely recommend the Pincho and Queso de Manchego.

The wine selection was overwhelming but our server was extremely knowledgeable and was able to pick one for us based on what we liked. The food we tried was outstanding especially the croquettes.

One of my favourite restaurants in Melbourne. We tried all the tapas and everything was divine. The mains were also very delicious. Great service and suggestions from the guys there. I recommend it highly!

An expansive menu with tapas, sharing plates, and daily specials made with local produce. Their anchovies are divine. Great location close to Hosier Lane.

Great quality food and atmosphere, the staff were excellent. Little on the expensive side, special occasion type of place. The chicken with cuttlefish was absolutely amazing though.

Cocktails tasted like petrol, they weren't enjoyable at all (we had an old fashioned and martini). We were so excited to go here having heard good things but unfortunately our dining experience was average. The pinchos was nice, the kingfish was ok and the Pedro Ximenez beef cheek was nothing special. Portions were quite small for the price.

Exceptional food. Every course was delicious! They were kind enough to offer us a complimentary beef cheek which was definitely the star of the night! Definitely recommend the set menu! Great service as well. 10/10 will visit again!

Great variety, good to go here with few friends and you get to try a lot of things on the menu. Favorites were the jamon and the kingfish

Excellent tapas, beautifully presented. So delicious. All meals scrumptious, especially beef cheek. Staff eager to please, without being overindulgent. Good knowledge of food and wine. Wine a little on high side cost wise, but some excellent Spanish offerings available.

Delicious food - small portions even for tapas - priced to pay for expensive rent. Waiters called me 'luv' last couple of times I went there. That's unacceptable, over familiar and arrogant.zero tips.

A gem located along the Hosier Lane what famous on the wall painting art. You won’t miss if you there to visit this art work. The food is Spanish base and lots of unique tapas. Enjoyed the anchovies with tomato sorbet. The mussel with citrus pickles with seaweed biscuits! The abalones with butter lemon sauce kind of so so! The highlight is the beef cheek with cauliflower purée and the slow cooked duck leg with saffron rice! Such a comfort food and the duck meat just melt in your mouth. What a lovely lunch and highly recommended!

I love love this restaurant! The food here is always so good! Try their wagu with mashed potatoes and poached egg! It’s the best.
