RUDE receptionist.
Don’t bother making an appointment - they don’t adhere to them.
Very disorganised.
Waiting area is grungy.
I’ll travel farther to avoid this place next time.

The reception Staff at this place need to be fired. They are so rude. They tell you that there's a one hour wait, yet keep you waiting 2.5 hours and when you ask how much longer, they are super rude. It's a joke of a medical centre.

This is one of the worst clinics I have ever been. Unfortunately, I had to go there on occasion due to my bad back. After meeting with one very bad and inexperienced doctor almost a year ago, he prescribed me with very strong pills that almost caused me stomach hemorrhage (I mentioned to him before that I had a sensitive stomach but I guessed he ignored me). After that I went to another doctor in the same clinic who prescribed me way better meds that actually made a difference. When I had the misfortune of going to that bad doctor again today (yes, he still works there) and asked for a refill after July last year when I had my first and only script, he refused to give me one and he all but called me a junkie (these pills you're supposed to take 8 a day.). I felt really uncomfortable but I still tried to explain the situation. After giving me a sarcastic laugh I knew I was getting nowhere and I left.
Apart from the fact that you have to wait hours upon hours for the simplest examination (unless you go from 7am-7.30am), these doctors' interpersonal skills are horrible. Teach your doctors some manners, this is unacceptable. I will never go to that place ever again.

I think the reception staff and doctors are excellent but they really need to get those seats steam clened.all chairs were literally black i felt disguisted to sit on one.i don't even want to mention how dirty the carpet is.these places need to be hygienic.

Horrendous! Was advised the wait time was 1hr. After 1hr, I asked how much further to go and was advised there would be at least another 45mins and that most people had recently waited just over 2hrs. I think I was deliberately mislead about wait times so I wouldn't leave. If you have time to waste (2-3hrs) then this is the place for you. If you have a life, I suggest you book elsewhere.

Absolute rubbish service, every time I go in I end up waiting over hour and half all the time. Every GP there is just rushing and seem like they don’t care

Disgrace of a clinic shouldn’t even be open.

Best thing about it is that they have nice toilets.

The GP I see is really great however, the Receptionists I have dealt with (all but one) are so rude! If you can't have empathy, patience or even the slightest manners then health care probably isn't the industry for you.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I waited one and half hours on the 4/2/19 just to have an injection, only for the nurse to walk out at 5: 55pm and refuse to inject me despite the long wait and asking her to politely to administer it before leaving.

The doctor repeatedly insinuated I was a drug addict, and when I asked about their policies, refused to discuss, simply repeating "let's leave it there". Meanwhile, my well-being and livelihood have been put at risk because I was refused the medication which has proven useful until now, even when I produced my previous script and reference. Wait time was 1 hour, which is good for a walk-in clinic.

Your service is poorly run by unprofessional and rude and lazy staff.

I just tried to contact and make an appointment to see the physio and your staff ignored to check if she has received my referral and hanged up on me.

2.5 star says a lot about how you function

Been going here for a few years. I lost my printed results and called the clinic. The receptionist was very accommodating and asked another doctor to print out a copy with no issues. Other than long waiting period at times, even with an appointment, I'm very happy with the service and the doctors. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Bimbo on the phone tells me I have a 1430 when confirming she says 1230 I get here from Melton and decide that my appt is at 1630. Seriously your receptionists should spend more time developing their brain instead of their stupid make up.

If you need a good Dr go somewhere else or if you going to see a GP there do not see Dr Emwinghare Otasowie one of the worst GP l come cross with.

Pleasant reception and nice rooms. Stops there. Dr Otasowie was very unhelpful, cold, dismissive of our problems and refused to prescribe the medication the ER prescribed for pain management. Dont waste your time if you actually need pain relief or guidance.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced by reception. Called the clinic to book an appointment to be told that they couldn’t guarantee I’d be seen and it would be ‘my bad luck’ if I wasn’t. Arrived at the clinic at 9pm with an hour left before close with one patient ahead of me and then informed I wasn’t going to be seen. The full of attitude male receptionist then told me that ‘I should know better’ because I’m a medical receptionist myself. Disappointing to know with an hour left of the day I still was refused an appointment when all I needed was a script.

Very Disappointing.
My Son had shortness breath and difficulty in breathing for whole night so i rushed to the GP at the first hour. He was having severe wheeze with chest tightness. He had already developed the chest indrawing and was irrritable.
I had hoped that the doctor would give some Ventoline Nebulizer and access him and get oxygen saturation and after that decide if we have to take my son to the Hospital.
But very sad to say, I was very surprised to liaten from my GP that he have no wheeze at all. Its just the nasal blockage. He presribed just Amoxicillin and nothing at all. He even didnt do not councel any Danger sign for the baby to ruch him to the hospital.
With due respect to my GP, I requested him that if we can Nebulize him with Ventoline and get him some relief. Instead of councelling me as a parents, He just ignored and said thats useless. Even at that time my son was so restless.
I had no word for the GP and his Behave and his treatment.
After that i was so much worried seeing the condition of my son. So i had no choice other than taking and rushing him to another clinic and GP instead of coming back home. After that i went to next clinic. That was a very good decision from me. Luckily the GP noticed my son in having difficulty in breathing (she immediately gave him ventoline and reassesed my son with Oxygen saturation). She immediately referred my son to the hospital. Thank God, My son is having admitted in the hospital now and is being xontinious ventoline and other medication to improve tge wheeze and breathing.
He is improving now.
Working as a GP doctor and not even knowing the difference of wheeze and nasal blockage is so sad.i have no word to say. Thank God i am from medixal profession as well so i so not satisfied with ur GP and did the right decision going to next GP.
I will never be back.
Really Really very dissapointing with ur GP.

I called ahead to let the staff know that I was going to be two minutes late, I checked in two-minutes after that. Was literally 4mins late for an appointment that I called ahead to inform out of courtesy to the specialist. Consequently lost my appointment - even though I called ahead - and then was fobbed off by reception. Completely poor customer service and was left to feel sincerely inept and worthless. I love the GP I see here but the reception and specialist I won’t be super stoked to engage with.

Very bad service from the reception
I booked an appointment for Tuesday and provided all the details the reception staff informed my appointment has been booked for the evening
Then calls back 10mins later and apologies for booking it for a wrong day and can’t even change the booking
I was advised to walk in so they can help me and once I was at the reception they says doctors are busy and told me wait for 2 hours
When I informed the staff there about what all happend they said they can’t help
Very disappointed with the service

Don’t go here. There’s only some doctors that actually care, the rest are malicious and only care about making money.

The reception staff are some of the worst customer service agents I’ve ever experienced.

This DOES NOT apply to the physio and dentist, who are both EXCELLENT.

Unless you want dentist or physio DO NOT GO HERE
