The staff were amazing. I came in with my 2 year old and the team bandaged her up while distracting her with a teddy and bubbles. Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr Hill for many years. I followed him from Glenroy Clinic as did many others. I have nothing but the highest regard for him and have also found office staff to be very helpful. We have had some hiccups at times and waiting on the phone can be painful. I have dealt with Dr Reed, Dr Wiseman and Dr Gallagher, all lovely.

WoW. From the moment I walked in with my medical emergency, I was shown nothing but the utmost respect & care. From the staff in reception to the nurse in theatre I was shown how a professional medical practice should operate.
I'd like to thank all the staff at Moonee Ponds Medical for going above and beyond and helping me in my time of need.

Many many thanks to the nurse who very gently remove the splinter from under my nail. At front reception they were so kind and it’s great they have priority for these small emergencies. Many many thanks again to Moonee Ponds Medical and dental centre.
Another time I needed two stitches after cutting my finger very badly. Again, I only had to wait one or two minutes. I was treated with such compassion and gentleness, and also effectively & professionally. It is so great to have a medical clinic locally that is open for these sort of small emergencies. The doctors and nurses are so kind, gentle and patient. Many thanks again.

They don’t answer the phone. Over an hour wait and still no answer on a weekday during business hours. I have rang a few times throughout the week and still no answer. You would think, now they a paid service and no longer bulk bill, their service would improve not get worst.

Didn’t wait long, doctor was very invested in why I was there and showed care and treatment was followed by a very helpful nurse in the treatment room

Pathetic. Their receptionist will blithely tell you that this centre only deals with "emergencies", such as "chest pain". This is NOT what the website says. The website expressly states that the service is for "non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses" and then makes it clear that chest pain is for the 000 emergency service instead. Don't expect decent service or helpful advice. When you inform the receptionist that they are talking rubbish that is contradicted by their very own website, they will wail that you are disrespectful and hang up on you. Avoid this place. It does not do its job.

Rude reception staff need training on customer service. They also should wear their masks covering nose and mouth - not pulled or slipping down to their chin.

I didn’t have to pay anything, everyone was very nice and I’ve only waited for 5 min till someone came. (I hadn’t an appointment)

I’ve been going to the clinic for years and I can tell you they have improved a lot! Candace was absolutely amazing at accomodating my requirements to see a doctor and ensured it all went well for me. All the doctors are great here and all willing to make our visit easy and efficient for us all. Thanks guys

I rang to ensure my appointment was running to time. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was told yes, try and get there in time which I did. After difficulty in arranging to leave work early I was disappointed that I didn't need to after a wait of 30 minutes. Paying customers deserve better - we lose money coming to you!
However, my service at the Front Counter (Lisa, thank you) and with the doctor (Donna) couldn't have been better.

EXCELLENT PLACE.
Very professional & friendly staff who saw to proper care being taken.

Got a decent cut on my hand at work. I came in & couldn't write my details on the form (from aforementioned injury), so a very friendly receptionist filled the entire form out for me. I was then seen to by a very thorough Dr & nurse who tested & treated the injury, gave me a prescription & some dressings & a bunch of advice on how to look after it.

Would recommend to anyone.

Shit medical care, wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.
$85 for this service was an absolute joke.

I enjoy coming to this medical centre, everybody is helpful and patient, they treat me with respect, the reception staff (front line people) are very empathatic, and sympathetic
