I've been buying a few products from them, such a wonderful experience. Kiki knows a lot about her job, very reliable and excellent customer care. I will definitely go back again. Buying from Monards is not just buying a timepiece and jewellery. It's an amazing purchase experience they offer.

I visited this store last week and was greeted by an amazing SA Jerry, it was my first time at this store and I was hugely impressed by how present and professional the staff were, as well as Jerry’s very welcoming demeanour. He had a wealth of knowledge to offer about the piece I was interested in purchasing and offered some excellent personal advice which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this store and requesting the help of Jerry.

I've only got great things to say about Monards at Crown. The team around Bernard and Steyn are extremely knowledgeable and provide fantastic service. They always go the extra mile, no matter if you're making a purchase or not. You can tell that these guys are as passionate about watches as I am, which unfortunately is something that's quite uncommon with watch retailers these days. The selection of brands is amazing and all the staff members are friendly, without being pushy. I was fortunate enough to attend some of their events as well, and they always go out of their way to create an amazing experience. Can't wait to do business with them again!

Steyn at Monards Crown is an asset to the team. Steyn's attention to detail on the customers needs and wants is second to none and he will always go above and beyond to make sure the client is happy. There is a variety of items in stock for you to purchase (the largest range i have seen from any melbourne watch/luxury goods store). Steyn has always assisted my family in obtaining the items we have wanted to purchase and i will continue to use Steyn for my future purchases.

Great customer service from Cecilia. Was looking for a new watch for the last 3 months and she made the discovery and buying experience extremely comfortable.
