At the beginning of this year, I told Kiki the sales assistant that I was going to get engaged and asked her to recommend an engagement diamond ring for me. She organised this and was very kind, friendly, helpful, caring and efficient. She had the best customer service skills and she was always willing to go out of her way to answer questions and allow me to try on pieces that I was interested in. She is very knowledgeable and always kept me up to date with everything as well.  I am so happy with the jewellery I have purchased and got it on time.
