Monards Crown

Wanted to enquire about a battery replacement for a watch purchased at Monards, however the sales person spoke NO English, making it extremely hard to explain anything to her. Not a word was spoken to me in the entire time I was let in and lead down the stairs. I struggled to understand the 2 words she spoke to me once she was behind the counter. I left without a solution and am now stuck with an expensive watch that doesn't work. Horrendous service do not recommend shopping at Monards Crown.

Vivienne is very professional and friendly in helping us during the shopping. She is very knowledgeable for the brands and we really enjoy shopping at Monards.

The pavement is thin, but the upper and lower floors inside are very large.

Received my Blancpain 50 fathoms green from Monards in Crown Melbourne today. I was looking for this watch since last year but apparently it sold out everywhere.

I attended Monards for the first time and received exceptional customer service by the staff. Abby was really helpful throughout my purchase. She showed me various watches to and let me try them. There was no sales speech, there was no pressure to make immediate purchase. When I finally decided to buy the watch, she tracked it down from the other stores and had it brought to the store within couple of days.
