I bought a green dial 41mm Seamaster Aqua Terra from Monards yesterday. Served by Sherry who was very approachable and patient. The manager was also very friendly and congratulated me personally on the purchase, which I thought was a nice touch considering they sell multiple watches every day.

A truly great shopping experience at Monards, and also my first. Grace was professional and patient. I had done my homework prior and I knew which Glashutte Original model I was after (and could afford). Grace was able to confirm with the me the correct model as per the catalogue I had orderedd online some months ago. I felt I got the full VIP treatment from Grace. The experience of buying a luxury product is as important as the product itself, and Monards is certainly the place to go. From the moment they open the door, the whole team makes you feel like a valued customer. I was pleasantly surprised because it was a completely different experience compared to some other watch ADs I have visited in the past.
I picked up my watch yesterday. Joseph had everything organised for me. He was very friendly and professional. He pretty much gave me a summarised version of the entire owner’s manual in less than 10 minutes, so I left the store very well informed about my watch. While Joseph was telling me about the watch and sorting out the warranty, one of the team members helped me to adjust the bracelet, so things were happening around me the whole time.
I highly recommend Monards to anyone who is looking to buy a luxury watch or jewellery and want the best shopping experience. I will definitely go back!
