I like sour beer. This place has sour beer. Fantastic. Only four stars for now until they have growlers for taking the sour beer home.

Two very apparent things going on here: Fantastic beer, and serious passion from the owner. The beers are really really good and it’s little wonder with the knowledge, experience and love for the craft that the owner devotes to this business. Impossible to only sample one or two beers as the options are way too enticing and they all taste exceptional.

Really impressed by the beer here, but even more impressed by the passion of the owner. We bought a bottle of barrel aged saisson between the four of us and it was wonderful.

Even more impressive was the owner came to sit with us for a bit to explain the idea and process behind the brew (They were also super busy at this time). Clearly the guy has a great passion for his craft.

I also got a coffee sour which to be honest, I thought would have a high possibility of being terrible but it was amazing. Incredibly well balanced with the coffee favour and the sour complimenting each other perfectly. One of the nicest beers I've ever drunk.

Their jaffles are also 10/10

Excellent selection of beers, friendly vibe, and very helpful staff all housed in a working boutique brewery. So happy to see this appear in our neighbourhood. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Great sours and saisons. The pale was underwhelming though. Nice venue with good staff. Will definitely be back.

Changing menu of ~9 unique beers. Interesting, delicious. If you want more info on any you can really beer nerd out. Cool space, good vibes. 10/10
