Crafting a rebrew for Mollie Rose is as easy as IPA! I can never feel sour after a hop down to Mollies with friends. Ale never forget the good times.

I really love visiting the Molly Rose brewery & taproom. The converted warehouse/garage is very Collingwood, and it’s nice to see all the gear that the team uses to brew up their beers. They have a great outdoor seating area, cosy tables inside and a few communal tables for groups. There’s also a Laneway out back they is occasionally open. Best thing about the venue is the staff (all so friendly and knowledgeable) and beers. There are plenty of choices when it comes to beer styles, though I’m always a fan of their Skylight IPA and other core range. The special one off beers seem to appear like magic every couple of weeks which definitely brings me back for more.

Cute vibe (although a little dark outside) attentive staff but the bill out weighed the pros unfortunately. $16 for a pint with an added $1 charge per person to split the bill.

Beer was decent, but not worth the cost. We assumed the costs were pints/jugs! They also added $1, for each person, just to split the bill!

I love Molly Rose, awesome beer and the team always go above and beyond. When someone asks me recommendations for great local breweries, this place is high on my list! ️

Great tap room, brewing some of the best beers in Melbourne. They do epic toasties as well. Do yourself a favour.

My wife Tracey and I went for our anniversary in one of our first dining experiences out of lockdown.

The brewery is quintessential Collingwood, housed in an old garage with a lane way for dining out the back where you can order food from several local establishments who deliver direct to your table. Genius.

Our hosts, John and Nicole were simply divine. It was like we were guests in their home and they could not do anymore to make our special night so memorable.

We’ll be going back ASAP just to see them and to experience some of the unique beers on offer.

A must in Melbourne!

Fab litte hide away, chill vibes and super friendly staff. I can't have the beers (coeliac, boo) but husband enjoyed them and plenty of wine and cocktail options for me - they whipped me up my own cocktail which was delish!

The owners here really know their stuff! Incredible service, the taste of the beers are incredible, awesome place all around, will be back forsure!

Pushing farmhouse and sour styles alongside their IPA's makes this a very interesting place to drink. Lovely space and welcoming bar staff too.

Molly Rose has an amazing selection of craft beers, the wild ferments of particular interest! The toasties/jaffles here are fantastic - I recommend the beef and kimchi. Molly Rose will often provide free popcorn too! The space is cosy with share tables, bar spots and a couple other standing barrels. It's heated for winter and also provides blankets.

Beautiful minimal space with delicious brews that are always changing. Service was outstanding and highly knowledgeable about the beer. Definitely some of the more sophisticated beer ive ever had.

Great local place that’s worth travelling for. Comfortable, friendly relaxed vibe friendly staff & some impressive beers. Food menu looks like I will be back.
