Highly recommend.

Recently spent 3 weeks coming in and out regularly after a burn incident and was treated to truly high quality medical and customer service. From the reception desk to the treatment room, it was nothing but smiles and warm welcomes. The doctors and nurses are incredibly knowledgable, caring, and punctual, making the entire process smooth and effortless.

Booked appointment but 20 minutes past and am still waiting. This is not the first time I've had this issue, it seems to be normal for delays here. Not too happy I pay for parking and am tight on time, an appointment a few minutes late is acceptable but not 20 minutes. The doctors are good though

Extremely friendly and very accommodating staff and Drs. Was very surprised to find all the services available that we needed under one roof. Me and my wife had an amazing experience with Dr Fernando, the friendly and warm atmosphere that we were greeted by when visiting the clinic is an experience tht will makes us return to the clinic. We were directly billed to our pvt health fund and for us been on a student visa this is an extra bonus. Good job on all the staff and their manager

Worst Management ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone. I was told to pay $30+ to transfer records to new GP. I didn't sign any contract like this when it was Dandenong medical centre. They just make rules to make money after management change. Tried to discuss this with few people from reception but never been so helpful. Guys please check their terms and conditions before you sign their contract. Very poor service.

It used to be so good. Prompt appointment. Even on a Saturday when it’s a first in best dressed policy. Now you can book, and been the first one here, wait time is 20 minutes and counting.
Then there’s a doctor who complains you have too many questions to ask / see him about.sorry? !

Worst Doctor Dr Geoff, Looking at Internet to find out cure for patient, also don't know how to talk to patients, Shit doctor ever.

I have been treated with best care and supervision, it's still needs improvement though, overall it's one of the good option for treatment.

Dear people pls do not waste your money and time for this unprofessional and unqualified doctors. You better drive some where better

The doctors here are great but since the nursing staff is changed they are regularly a very unpleasant experience. If any of the nurses whom my concern is reads this I request you to please build your interaction ethics. I cannot make a sense why the manager hires such people who ruins the experience of people at such a great clinic.

Savitri Fernando was one of the worst doctors i have ever seen she was extremely rude and mean i do not recommended to go to this clinic

Worst place to find doctor for your family, You will be waiting for minimum 1hr just for your appointment doctors don't know how to plan their work schedule, Very bad experience never recommend to anyone.

It’s is utterly horrible to get a doctor quicker unless you sit there and have nothing to do the whole day.
You need a full day waiting for your doctor. Extremely slow and wasting time in useless chit chat.

Nice office and waiting area. Friendly staff. Morning appointments are best with shorter wait times. There is also plenty of paid parking outside.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. More helpful than the doctor I had, she wouldn't listen nor I felt like she cared about anything I had to say and told me that I needed something that I felt was a unnecessary action. Not a very good people person was rushed out the door pretty much.

I've been using this place for years, Dr Jim Demirtzoglou is my favourite Doctor and the staff are always helpful. I've seen other Doctors there. I am employed but my income isn't that high, these guys bulk bill me without 'mucking around' - if there really is such a thing as a 'better clinic' then I bet they don't bulk bill (especially not employed people). Have a nice day.

All around good. Friendly Reception, Doctors who listen to you, nice waiting area. I've had nothing but good, knowledgeable, and understanding help here.

Absolutely hate this medical centre.least punctual of all.made a booking for 2pm.didnt take me in till 4pm.happened three times now.y cant they organize better.hopeless staff.help urself, go to a better medical centre.

I know which doctor Meredith Moore is talking about, and yes, she comes across like that!
But their other 2 doctors; Dr Jim Demirtzoglou & Dr Geoff Feben are absolute champs, they make up for it). When booking an appointment, ask for them.

Doctor was very nice, helpful but waited after appointment 1 hour most of the time u have to wait so why do we have to book appointment here?
