Modern Medical Dandenong

This whole place has a incompetent vibe about it.
Whole centre feels like a joke.

Doctors here don't consult like professional doctors do. They are all rushed and dishing out the most basic health advice that doesn't sound professional at all.

I've met many doctors in my years and these guys are sub par at best.

Look at all their responses to reviews or complaints it's just a generic message they copy and paste.

Blonde receptionist with glasses talks to customers with no respect. She refuses to look you in the eye and makes you feel not welcome if she doesn't like you. Completely condescending. She also doesn't let the GP know you have arrived deliberately if she doesn't like you to cause you to
wait. Be careful of her. You can see her face insulting you by the way she looks at yu

Dr Anita is amazing! Ive seen different doctors here and other places for a while now trying to find the right one i feel comfortable with and Dr. Anita is by far the best. Shes made both me and my partner feel comfortable, cared for and listened to. Thanks!

Made a tele appointment for 9.50 am, have not received a call from the doctor and it's 2pm. I've called the clinic twice who had assured me that I would get a call from the doctor. I'm sick and I should have to sit here worrying if the doctor will call me before the clinic closes

As an out of state visitor to Victoria, I was very impressed by the friendly staff and of my treatment for my medical condition.

Very Poor service and more then 1 hour witting.don’t put timing online for the people so when you come need to wait for 30-40 minutes for the dog to see you.

Better to go somewheres else on time and good service.

The doctor was kind caring friendly and very professional so was the receptionist staff they were also very helpful with my enquires

I have been with Modern Medical Dandenong for more than Ten years. All the GPs I know are great, so as their staff members. I find that they serve their clients in the most professional way with respect and care. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Booked for 4: 20 pm appointment and waited up to 30+ minutes which was a ridiculous wait time.whats the point of an online booking when the doctor is going to call you late 30 minutes

I have visited Modern Medical few times with Dr. Savitri Fernando, the nurse. They are very nice helpful and knowledgeable. The reception staff is very helpful too so is the pathologist there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs proper treatment and diagnosis.

Thanks be to God. In my own experienced, I would say the best clinic, the best Doctor Jim who listened to his patient needs. A doctor who had a big heart for all his patients. God bless Modern Medical Dandenong.

Made an appointment for a telephone consult. Waited for almost 1.5 hrs for a call. Called the clinic only to find out that I have to visit the clinic every twelve months for a telephone consult. I wasnt notified of this by a call and if I had to wait for a call I would have waited the whole day. It was just for a medical certificate and the receptionist wanted me to make an appointment for tomorrow. I needed one for today as I have not been to work. Very disspointed and will never be back to this clinic for any services.

It is a pretty good clinic, clean and pleasant seating area. However the wait time is ridiculous I was there for over an hour after my appointment time waiting to be seen.

The doctor was caring and taking time to ask relevant questions to find out a solution. The waiting was not long and overall it was a good experience.

I went today and i said i have fever and pain she said u have covid and didnot check just give medicine prescriptions and charge full fees i check my covid it is negative she was so sure that i have covid. I want to tell ur doctors that if person have fever its not mean that thay have covid. Very bad service

Such a lovely receptionist, and the GP (Dr. Zaw Min Oo) was so gentle with my sick 4 year old. When we left my daughter asked if she could see that doctor next time she gets sick. So I'm not the only one who was happy:)
Also bulk billing for children is amazing, thank you all.
Side note- street parking requires a $1 per hour ticket.

Nice practice, doctor was great, and very promptly seen. Very pleased with this clinic, will visit again in the future.

I saw Dr Anita Elias, she was warm and quiet, down to earth, realistic, listened. Diagnosed thoroughly. Reception staff where also Friendly and helpful.

Only comment I would make is the practice needs a fresh modern update.

No issues otherwise at all.

Excellent medical practice.i have been using this service for over 30 years and have allways had good quick service.
