46Worst experience at this medical centre ever today. Absolutely disgraceful. These turned me away from medical care because I turned up in tracksuit pants and a t-shirt. Note to you Modern Medical, I was sick and working from home. The woman at the front office looked down her nose at me, and said that the doctor who I had booked in to see and waited for 2 days for is not taking new patients. Luckily there are many good options in this area far better than this one. Will be sure to tell everyone about this disgraceful medical centre.

Everytime I pass here, I always go in and say hi to the kind and welcoming receptionsists, doctors, nurses and practise manager.
Lists itself as bulk billing and only does to a few random age groups. As sad as the rest of the drs on whitehorse rd. Maybe eventually theyll become fully bulk billed
Brilliant. From the time I walk in the front door until I leave I am always treated professionally and with courtesy.
I have visited lots of medical centres around all states of Australia and I would certainly put this Centre in my top 1%. I would have no hesitation in recommending Modern Medical to family or friends.
Been 3 times in the past 3 months with the same abdominal pain.and its the 4th month and its gotten worse.definitely going somewhere else this time
