My parents and I are very lucky to see Dr Angela Chien for many years, we are very very happy for her excellent professional work, she is so caring and patient. The nurse and receptionist are also very nice too. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

Very Clean and tidy, Dr Simon took all precautionary measures to keep me covid safe, changing paper sheet on his medical bed, also sanitised his hands at least 3 times during our appointment.
Very Basic to sign in as a first time patient, the staff at the counter very professional too.
The Dr Simon Shirzad was very Meticulous and through with his check up and Questions Also with his analysis on the few medical concerns I had. He Set out a plan to treat me covering all bases. One of the issues I had he solved in a minute other Doctors couldn’t tell me what this skin problem was for years.
Definitely Can say if you got skin Problems Dr Simon is your Man. I’m sure this surgery can treat other ailments you may have in a professional and comfortable environment.
Will be recommending to all my friends and relatives

Dr Mark Spring is an outstanding GP. I have never been seen late, only early and the reception staff are courteous, friendly and most helpful. It's a truly remarkable and well organised clinic

Came in for my appointment, the blonde receptionist with the fake lips failed to even look up my name or check me in properly and just said ‘yep just take a seat’. After waiting for half hour I asked another receptionist only to realise I was not at the right medical centre. If she hadn’t failed to have to competency to do her job properly I would not have had to miss my other appointment. Totally unacceptable costumer service.

If I could put negative stars I would. Very poor patient care by the owners. No care or consideration at all.

My doctor was dismissed from this practice and I am still waiting for them to advise me of her new practice after their undertaking to do so. They gave me no explanation at the time as to why, where or how she left so suddenly. Jo Rafe has been my doctor for years and her ‘sudden disappearance caused me anxiety, stress and panic. She was not allowed to advise her patients.

I've been told that the doctor I booked for dosen''t want to see me because I cancelled my appoitment with her before! So I have the option to see other doctors but not her, becasue she dosen't want to see me! Having said that I canceled my appoitment as some emergency came and I had to reschadule! First time I am experiencing Such thing in Australia! And the lasy on the phone insisted that she doesnt want to see you!

I have seen a few doctors at this clinic and they are all so thorough and very friendly. No hesitation to recommend this clinic.

I could not believe the service here. I've never put a review on a medical centre before but they deserve the 5 star rating. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Louise Nguyen is by far the best doctor I have seen, ever! She is informative and extremely thorough in her examination. Highly recommend for all general women’s check up’s.

Shame to give one star because the doctors and general staff here are so thorough and competent and lovely, but the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. This is a very expensive practice and If you're paying a minimum of $80 for an appointment the wait time is absurd. Every single time it's about half an hour and for others I've seen it be almost an hour. Why wouldn't you go to a bulk billing service where the wait time is the same but the service is free? A real shame that clock medical merged here as the service has really suffered.

I've been using this practice for 4 years and I had two amazing doctors looking after me and my children: dr. Jo Rafe - who no longer works here - and dr. Leila Radfar. I've always received the best assistance, I've always felt listened to and looked after. In particular I would like to mention dr. Radfar, who is extremely professional, caring, thorough and above all has a deep sense of humanity. She would always welcome me and my kids with a beautiful smile and she would always listen carefully. She is warm, bright and very knowledgeable and has wonderful manners.
I highly recommend this practice.

Used to use this practice religiously, solely for Jo Rafe, who is easily the most knowledgeable and approachable doctor I have ever visited. Unfortunately, the last GP I saw (Jo is no longer available) seemed to want to get me out the door as soon as possible and had absolutely no empathy.

Mark Spring is without doubt the best GP in the Eastern Suburbs. If you can get an appointment they are top class.

I would never go here I have looked at the reviews from time to time and have noticed most reviews that are negative get's removed I was reading a while ago about what mark spring done to one guy they were lying to him the whole time apparently and kept sending through Miss reports why he was stuck at home in severe nerve pain and a few other reviews I read a while back which also have been removed, it seems any negative review which makes people think what awful people gets removed so I do not trust this place at all and will never attend here after reading reviews and have known a few people who have said it's awful they do nothing but lie if you have to remove people's bad experiences it shows the people here are not trust worthy.

I rung up to collect my prescription a few days ago and unfortunately the woman at reception who picked up the phone was very very rude and condescending. She was acting like she knew more about my medication than I did (I have been on my medication for 9 years). She also tried to charge me $80 when I came in to collect my prescription.just terrible. I really hope no one else has to go through that.

Frustrated customer as I have had to wait more than half an hour every time for my appointment as the doctor seems to be always running late. Good doctors and customer service otherwise.

Worst doctors ever. Don’t take your medical conditions seriously instead sending you away with comments that you ‘just have anxiety’ when you have been in excruciating pain for days. Would never reccomend this place to anyone.

My partner and I have been going to Modern Medical for many years and find the doctors and reception staff terrific. We have seen five or six doctors over the years and they have all been of a high standard and very thorough. Of course we have our regular doctor but our history is carefully recorded to ensure continuation of care.

Absolutely awful a GP here could destroy someone's life and cause the death of someone and the reception would say nothing and cover up for the sociopath GP that's the type of people that work here some of the most cruel 6 statistic people work at this Medical Centre if you want to call it that. They have no problem with lying and seeing you suffer and making sure that you can't get anything done especially if there's been mistakes because it's how most of them have their jobs is lying and covering up each other's mistakes I don't want to even imagine how many deaths people like Mr Spring and Modern Medical are responsible for
