My doctor, Dr. Cheryl Wang is the best I have met. She is kind, kind and kind. Compassionate, patient, thorough and has supported me through so much. Thank you, the best Dr. And the best clinic. Staff are amazing.

Very good medical center stuff are helpful and understanding and respectful. I have been to Modern Medical Balwyn for almost 1 year and have had no issues at all.would highly recommend even ladies at front and nurses are very respectful.my regular gp is dr Cindy have been her patient for almost 9 years from her previous clinic in epping plaza and that's reason decide to see her at Modern Medical Balwyn as she is caring kind and thorough doctor. Would highly recommend Modern Medical Balwyn compared to other medical centers I been to this is different class altogether. Another note when my regular GP was on holiday saw dr Ali Taheri he was also very caring and respectful.

Modern Medical and its predecessor in North Balwyn have been my Doctors for over 30 years and I have always had confidence in the medical expertise that I have received. My current Doctor Dr. Wang has provided the same professional confidence that I have received from other members of the practice. I would recommend she and the other members of the practice to future patients.

The hot doc system was unfriendly, and we could not achieve the intended results. We tried several times.

Dr Mark Spring is a very "patient interested" doctor and I would recommend him to anyone seeking a referral.
The counter staff are also most accommodating.

Dr Cindy had been my and husband’s GP since 2014, she is a very caring, thoughtful, kind and thorough doctor. As she moved to Modern Medical Clinic, I find it easier to book an appointment! My sister and her family is now a patient of Dr Cindy at MMB, we are all very happy with services provided. Staff are also friendly.

Modern Medical Balwyn has a great team starting with reception who are always friendly & helpful. I have met 3 of the current doctors & all have been professional, knowledgeable & always listen, enquire to ensure the symptoms are correctly understood & discuss their treatment/medication.

You should invest in receptionist who know how to communicate and are friendly. I have been with clinic for years and still can’t understand why the ladies have to be rude. You have signs that are post about rude. Maybe you take that advice yourself.

Dr Cheryl Wang is a very caring and professional doctor. I couldn’t have an appointment with her on my preferred day, so I left a message for her. I couldn’t answer the phone call when she called me back. She called me back again at around 7pm after she finished her work and we spend a lot of time talking. Many of my friends recommended seeing her and I would as well. She is very helpful and sympathetic and goes out of her way to help others. I am so lucky to have her as our family doctor.

Dr Cindy Alatan is our family GP and she is brilliant! We have been a patients of hers for a very long time. She looks after our whole family! The nursing and admin staff in this clinic are great too!

Had my last ever appointment with my GP Dr Matthew Soccio today, who is retiring next week. He has been a wonderful doctor to me over the last twenty years. I wish him good health and happiness for many years in his well earned retirement.

Excellent! Called very close to on time. Had my history ready and aware of prior consultations. Very good verbal consultation asking valid questions and listening to responses. Also sent the Prescription to me via SMS very promptly. Thank you - well done.

Dr Simon is very thorough and I’m very happy with that his practice. Family have been going for 20 years. Doctors come and go but can always find a good one.
