Brought a new phone for screen repairs now.speaker doesn't work properly. Brought it back they blame the network then was abused by the repairer because i wasn't happy. TERRIBLE SERVICE CHEAP AND NASTY AVOID.

Terrible experience. MKC Flinders street charged me for an issue they did not fix the problem. MKC promise to call you as soon as possible and no call was made. A follow up call was also promised after collecting device regarding a replacement part and MKC never called. Daylight robbery, do not recommend to anyone. I definitely wouldn't trust them again with my device.

Brought my phone for battery replacement - they gave it back with yellow noise on screen, I asked to fix, they did. A few months later the screen stopped working, I realized they forgot to put the screws back. Had to buy a new phone and all because of the battery from this shop

I called them at 10: 30 to get a quote to fix a laptop screen, was quickly told they have to check something and they’ll call me back after 10 minutes. Never called back. Fine, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
