I had the screen on my phone fixed from here one month ago, supposedly under a "three month warranty" my phone was just in my bag and the whole screen had completely come off and subsequently shattered. I had issues immediately after it was fixed but didn't have the time to go back my home button stopped working an hour after i got it back and no one could hear me on phone calls so i just had headphones on all the time. Even though it was advertised for about 60 when i went in i was quoted 120 they went down to 100.it was not working properly right after i got it back and i have read other reviews about the poor screen quality and repairs which i wish i had read prior. I am not covered under warranty because of screen damage thats caused by a bad repair, thats why the screen came out.home button did start working again but every time i wrote anything my phone clicked return itself constantly

I have had help from these people three times, (Because I must be clumsy) and it is always a fantastic result. By the time I have had a coffee next door and most often its ready. Last event had a screen protector changed over, screen before that and a battery. Much easier to have a quick fix than change phones. Very pleased.

Third time around for repairs (unfortunately for myself), but always great customer service for a fair price. Keep an eye out for their occasional promotions as they might include accessories for free with the repair!

Fast turn around and quality service, I am a repeat customer. I have gotten several apple devices fixed here previously as well, a mac book pro key board, iphone XR screen and Ipad issues. My go to repair place for all phone and laptop issues.

Came in because my iphone couldn’t be switched on at all and they managed to fix it within 2 hours at a reasonable price. They even helped to fix some issues/mistakes left behind from a previous phone repair job that was done at another shop. Really happy with the service:) 10/10 would recommend!

Fixed my smashed iPad screen within 24 hours and when I had issues with the screen and power buttons, they replaced the screen free of charge. Communication could be better but generally happy with their service.

Changed the screen on my Samsung 10e and put on a screen protector. Very good and as fast as possible. I have to leave my phone with them overnight. They were reliable, safe, efficient, reasonably priced and polite.

Changed brand new screen and battery for my iphone recently. Great quality screen on par with the original, fast turnaround. Recommended!

Gave my ipad for battery replacement and got a call couple of hours later saying screen and lcd need replacement too! I was surprised as I had given the ipad with intact screen. My wife collected the ipad this evening and it had a damaged lcd on return! Really disappointing that they didn’t own up to the damage and rectified it but lied and attributed the damage to us.

Took in my 2 iPhone 8plus for screen change and back cover. We were promised a great deal so thought it'd be worth the drive into the city and parking fees etc. Not only were we charged what we would have paid in the suburbs but the phones were not functioning well with screen touch issues and vibration. We made the second trek into the city to have these issues sorted, which they did but after having to make 2 drives in and spend hours waiting and paying for parking it certainly WAS NOT WORTH THE EFFORT. There was not even an offer of something complimentary or a partial refund.
If it's your local repair place and you can easily keep going back then it's ok but otherwise best to avoid, go local
