MKC iPhone & iPad Repairs Melbourne

MKC fixed a massively cracked screen and broken LCD of my iPhone 7 in less than thirty minutes. Much cheaper and faster than buying a new phone or going through Apple. Friendly and efficient over the phone and in person, plus there is bike parking directly outside.

Had two separate iPhone batteries replaced here. Within three months both have issues: one phone is extremely slow unless plugged into power for first 20 minutes of being turned on & it runs out of batter quickly, and the other one has a battery that also drains very quickly.

Could just be chance/coincidence - but see other low reviews first and decide for yourself.

They steal your number from caller id and then spam you later with sms marketing! Thats enough to take my future business elsewhere! Thank you

Their website said they would be open at 10am on Sunday morning - at 2 minutes to 10, two guys turned up and let me in straight away. Their website said they'd replace an iPhone 8 screen for $65 - good price. They did. They advertise 30 minutes turn-around - yep, done in 30 minutes. Friendly, helpful, really good service, thank you.

Great experience at MKC - tea was very professional, informative and responsive. Highly recommended.

Quick service, however i paid the extra for a genuine screen replacement - but the replacement screen provided was not genuine.

My phone's got water damaged recently so I've paid them a visit. They said the water damage service would cost 25$ and told me to come back in 1h.
When i went back after 1h they handed my phone back and said the motherboard has gone short and there's nothing they could do, and they didn't charge the 25 bucks. Since my phone came back in a whole piece and they didnt charge me, i doubt whether they've actually opened it up and did the 'water damage service', therefore i went to another shop nearby and it turns out my suspicious was correct. My phone's got a new screen and a new life.
Well, at least they didnt charge me the 25 bucks xd.

I had my Iphone’s charger port fixed yesterday here because it didn’t work and found out that they just cleaned inside of it. They didn’t replace it. That guy working at the repair shop said something inside of it was broken, it needed to be replaced, so i kept them fixed, they charged me 79 dollars for cleaning the port part. But something funny happened to me later, a friend of mine who happened to work for the Iphone repair shop checked and said, it hadn’t replaced, been just cleaned. I got so furious that night couldn’t get to sleep. This morning I revisited and asked for a refund, they admitted it and got me a refund. It’s unethical on so many level.

If I could I would give this place a 0 they are 100% not professional. They get so many good reviews because when your at the store they tell you that if you give the a 5 star review they will give you a phone case. Horrible service too. Do not ask for them to put a new battery in your phone because they give you a $10 one. Horrible place do not go!

I paid them a fortune to put a non genuine battery replacement in my Samsung S9 plus which did not last more than 2 months. Plus they put a lot of glue in the phone which made further change difficult. A waste of money and time. I should have done myself or used a more reputable shop in the same street. Don't trust the very positive reviews: the shop advertises that they give you a telephone case free if you post a 5-star review!

Had my iPad glass replaced and the day after it’s already come loose and sliding about. The glass seems to be the wrong fitting and not original which is why it’s loose, this isn’t good.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Got our iPhone 7 max glass screen replaced with a screen protector for $75 in under 30 mins.

Ripped me off lol and the replacement broke right away. How poor the quality is is just amazing lol

Attended MKC as a walk in. Service was fast (under 30 mins for screen replacement) and fantastic value for money. Parking easy near Vic Market. Why would you go anywhere else? Customer service super cute too (thanks Guru).

My iphone 8 required a screen replacement. Researched on the internet finding MKC Repairs advertising a screen replacement for $65. When I went there I was quoted $120. I walked out in disgust as the salesman tried to renegotiate the price. Stay away. This establishment promotes false advertising. Went elsewhere and was charged $80. Sunday March 7

Fast cheap phone repair.
Dropped phone, rang two repair places, MKC were half the price. Dropped off ten minutes later, they had it fixed in two hours like new

****Fraud****

Gave iPhone 6s for battery replacement in working condition and ended up doing rework 4 times changing battery (as informed not sure whether they changed each time) in 2 months and finally refunded back amount paid for initial battery replacement, but now the phone is not working or starting up. The original hardware is changed and now the Apple iPhone does not activate on restart.

Poor experience please don’t visit this center.
