Mister Nice Guy's Bakeshop

The baked offerings at Mister Nice Guy are examples that vegan food are as excellent (if not even more delicious) as most bakeries using the standard cruel based ingredients (e.g. Dairy, eggs). I have had their hot cross buns (traditional and chocolate) during easter and recently tried the cheesy spinach scroll and donut holes. Delicious! WOAH! Life savers! Turned up at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, no pre order placed! Walked out with a Freckles Birthday Cake complete with personalized message piped in top. The anaphylactic birthday boy was very pleased to have a nut, dairy, gluten and egg free cake. And it tastes GREAT! Service was beautiful too. Cheers Mister Nice Guy, K and the birthday boy.

Came here for some vegan cupcakes and pastries one Saturday morning. A great selection of treats ready to go. There's also a small amount of seating to sit down and eat. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a vegan bakery.

I ordered a vanilla birthday cake online. The cake was so dense and the icing tasted so fake. I was super disappointed given the amazing reviews. Everyone didn’t finish their slice of cake and were left underwhelmed. Customer service wasn’t the best either. The lady serving just handed me the cake and didn’t even say thank you. Unfortunately probably won’t be ordering again.

Delicious, varied vegan and intolerance-friendly fare. One of our favourite local bakeries, we chose mister mice guys bake shop for our engagement and wedding cakes as well. Can't recommend enough.

The best vegan cake and cupcakes i’ve ever had! Mister Nice Guys sorted us out for my 21st birthday and everyone absolutely devoured it! Tick of approval from non-vegans too! Highly recommend! Delicious and looks fantastic too!

Awful! Ordered a cake for a birthday, went to pickup and they have it to the wrong person…had to leave while they made a new one and drive all the way back to pickup hours later. Just sat down to eat and the cake isn’t cooked properly… not worth the hype at all, bad experience 0/10

Ordered some cupcakes and pastries to be delivered on Saturday. Order was placed in the esky at the front of our house as we were not home to receive the order. On our return home, we discovered that part of the order was missing. Emailed Mister Nice Guy’s to inform them. Was told an “investigation” was being launched. Still waiting to hear back their findings from their “investigation”. I’m without what I ordered and out of pocket.

Update. While I appreciate the complexities around running a small successful business, it is now Wednesday and it took my review to finally get someone to get back to me and explain the investigation process even though I sent multiple emails, made phone calls and left a voice mail asking for someone to get back to me. I heard nothing. Had this had been explained and a refund or redelivery of the items been offered, I would not have left the review.

Arrogant staff and horrible taste. I bought few cupcakes for my staff birthday and all four and myself who had those just threw in the bin after tasting it. Just went to the shop for first time after looking at their reviews but such a bad experience.

I rate the cupcakes I bought as 5/5.

Let me tell you a story.

I have met this girl and she is a vegan. We had plans last new year's eve and I bought cupcakes so that I have something to bring to her place as she was cooking for me. We are friends who does sports together but I like her and I wanted to tell her that. That was my plan.

I went to her place, ate and we talked for hours but every time I was about to say that I like her, my mind chickened out. We went out to see the fireworks.can't still confess. We walked by beach and guess what, still nothing from me.

I lost hope. I hated myself. I was walking her home then suddenly I felt hungry and told her that. Then I realized that we left the cupcakes in her place and asked if we can go back there to eat them.

THIS IS MY LAST CHANCE, I told myself.

Well, Mister Nice Guy's, I want to thank you. I have told her that I like her and it's been great since then.

I decided to stop by after learning the queue people make outside the shop. Tried some cupcakes and donuts. They’re all winners. I’m keeping my eyes on their birthday cakes. I have read many positive reviews about them.

I have ordered Xmas Unicorn small double layer cake, pretzel dog and Spanish parcel. All of them were delicious and so fresh. The pastry is so flaky and crunchy. The cake size was actually bigger than I expected. I highly recommend Mister Nice Guys Bakeshop.

This place used to be soooo good! Not sure if I just had a once off bad experience today (hopefully) but our coffees were burnt and undrinkable. Last time I was here, it was lively, friendly and bustling. It looks like things have changed unfortunately.

We ordered a two tiered naked chocolate cake from here recently and it was the most incredible cake either of us have ever had! SO moist and light at the same time - the flavour was incredible and it looked beautiful too! (we added the flowers). Rachel was very friendly in creating our cake, 11/10 reccomend this awesome bakery - we can't wait to go back!

Can’t even tell that the cakes are vegan. I haven’t had a cupcake in such a long time and today I got to feel like a child again. So tasty. Can’t wait to come back and grab some more! Person serving me was really lovely as well, thanks for the food

Amazing cinnamon scrolls: sweet, glazed and perfectly soft. Made an order online and I was delayed in picking up, staff were lovely and accomodating and waited for me to collect. Would definitely come back!

I ordered my daughter’s 30th birthday cake just recently. Loved the web page. The ordering system was very easy to use and it turns out it’s one of her favorite places to go to. (I did this from Darwin) I chose the Peppermint Patty and Nicole loved it. Just wish I could have had a slice. Maybe when I can finally visit….
