I had a very thin, rounded bracelet which I wanted to get engraved, and I knew it would super tricky. Chris at Mister Minit, near Jamaica Blue, was professional, friendly and prompt. He did a fantastic job of the engraving and I would definitely bring future work back here. Thanks mate!

Have taken watches to this place on more than one occasion to have batteries replaced. Batteries have barely lasted more than 3 months before needing to be replaced. The first time I thought maybe it was just a chance thing and paid for a new battery. Then it happened again. Went back to discuss this as it was two different watches 2 seperate times and was told because I didn't buy the one year warranty service (which costs extra) the battery wasn't covered. Firstly, I paid $24 for a battery which lasted 3 months. Secondly, the ACCC in Victoria says that the consumer is covered for reasonable use of a new bought product. 3 months isn't what I call reasonable. I have since gone to a different place where all battery replacements come with a 1 year warranty for the same $24 battery.
Needed to get my shoes repaired for work and these guys got the job done for the most reasonable price plus had the soles and heels done in under an hour. Would highly recommend for a quality and time savvy job well done.
Received excellent service here from Tim, who stayed back 45 minutes after closing time to make sure that my replacement car key was working properly.

Couldn't recommend enough. Had 2 rings beautifully engraved for christmas and my favourite pair of Aquila leather shoes re soled and new heels put on, they're like brand new (he even polished them!). Impeccable service, presentation and was very clear with my options, what i was getting and for how much. And even though he was clearly busy he was able to get them done while i was shopping.
