Thanks Tim and team for our new VE remote it was a great customer experience. I could not make it down myself so my fiance went instead. She was treated with respect and given an accurate wait time. When she came back the new remote was ready to go as promised.

On Thursday 23 July 2020, I approached the sales guy at the booth and ask for CR2450 3V battery for my car remote. The gentleman at the booth said he did sell and charged $14.95. Today, Sunday 26 July 2020 I saw the same exact battery selling for $4.99. I was shocked to see the price difference. I understand the booth needs to earn money but not at a huge difference, close to 3x. Totally not going to patronise that place. To would be shopper:

Great service, friendly advice I went to get a key cut for my daughters 97 bmw, I had been given the run around by numerous people that said it was lost cause due to its cars age and condition of the key. Jacob couldn't cut one as it to badly worn and his key coding machine couldn't cut accurately so he sent me too Mister Minit at Knox who could cut it as they also have an older Manuel key cutting machine, end result key cut and it works perfectly on the door locks and even the ignition

Thanks Jacob for the amazing work you have done with resoling my shoes back on 10 June this year. The shoes look and feel great to walk on. Well recommended!

The zipper on my beloved Joe Mercer ankle boots didnt function properly anymore. I'd put off getting them repaired in fear of the fee. Never the less I walked to Mister Minnit thinking that in my school uniform I would be ripped off and overcharged and was preparing to shop around. I showed the man my shoe and he mended it for my so quickly and did not charge me at all. I was amazed at how speedy and generous his service was. The dark skinned male with the cap on Level 1 near China Bar and Aldi knows what hes doing and I felt so happy walking away. Thank you so much. I will forever reccomend this place to people I know and will be coming back if need be.

Needed a few holds punched in my belt, I was thinking I would have to buy a hold punch, but fortunately gave the friendly guys at Mister Minit Fountain Gate lvl 1 near China Bar a ring and they happy agreed to do it free of charge.

Liars liars liars! Took my armani watch to these guys a year ago. At the time I thought my watch was an automatic watch untill today where I found out it is actually battery operated. Long story short. They diagnosed a mechanical fault on the automatic system and charged me $220 to fix the problem. Now I didn't have a problem at all paying the money, but to find out a year later that there couldn't have been such a problem due to the fact that there is no such thing as a mechanical fault on the automatic system when the watch has no automatic system!
So the manager saw the opportunity to rip me off and so he did! As far as im concerned all they did was changed the battery lied to me and charged me $220. One expensive battery dont you think mr minit? ! Next time, if youre gna lie to me, you should have told me that the watch is actually battery operated however we had to replace certain parts to make it function again. That way you might have gotten away with my money and freed yourself from this review!

I normally don't put reviews but have to admit that the service the staff on this shop is giving is absolute marvelous. Mr Tim thanks heaps for repairing my Car remote.

My partner needed his watch battery replaced and Brayden who was working was extremely helpful and professional so much so the watch was fixed within seconds! I highly recommend Making a visit to get keys cut watches fix we will certainly return to see Brayden again!

Who woulda thought getting keys cut could be such a great experience, no elaborate story here but Chris is the man when it comes to cutting keys and great to chat to whilst waiting. Really saved the day for us and out business getting the job done on the spot when we really needed it, he's like a key cutting super hero. Thanks Chris!

After having my key cut, then altered 2 times by Mr minit I decided to give it one more go and Brayden at the narre Warren store was up to the job. He was easy to talk to and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes. 5/5 brayden is a mad dog would let him fix my key again

Nice enough guy, decent price, quality job, wears two badges (the 1st one is silent), can tell a good joke, solid knowledge, would visit, repaired my fiances boots, gave information on maintaining them, voice of an angel, approachable, wears glasses, happy to help, experienced, multiple options, makes sense of options and costs involved, cash or card, would probably accept trade if fair enough, has fun, includes those around, typically has a beverage within arms reach, stay hydrated.
