Have used the Fountain Gate store on multiple occasions for replacement keys including a key that others had had trouble copying. Most recently they were able to assist in putting together some custom key rings for an event which including individual engraving. The service was fantastic highlighted by a quick turn around time so I could make a deadline. Very much appreciated!

I had to get some specialised keys so organised them through Mr Minit Fountain Gate the service was excellent. When they were ready I received a call from them i was running late to pick them up Tim stayed behind after hours for me would highly recommend Tim and his team

Go to Pegasus instead, the staff don’t seem confident to engrave simple things, my expensive gold jewellery was botched the lines were so wonky and the writing wasn’t in a straight line, I was able to have my engraving fixed by Pegasus and they did a fantastic job.

Nothing but rude and unprofessional service! The male working on 10/9/23 lost the business a $300 sale due to his disgusting attitude for absolutely no reason. He clearly does not want to be there! Avoid at all costs unless you want your day ruined! I ended up going to Mister Minute in Endeavour Hills which provided A+ service!

Amazing, Tim went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved and I was happy. I originally went to Mr Minit in Cranbourne to have a Barina key with central locking buttons copied. They took a couple of looks at it (identified it as a Barina Key) and said they couldn't do it, then advised, I try fountain gate.
It took tim several visits to my partners Barina import to properly identify the right Key blank and also to properly program the Center locking buttons, This took some time and Tim was more then helpful to assist, me getting a perfect fully functional copy I will make this Mr minit my New Go To for all future assistance.

Excellent service and very good prices for their service. I shopped around for a key case replacement and these guys were by far the best!

I’ve been going to this mister minute for quiet a few years now, I got this PS5 controller engraved by them as a Christmas gift for a friend. When I spoke to the engraver he was reluctant at first saying it won’t be able to be seen however having a trade background I was able to make this stand out by using some nail polish and fine grit wet and dry sandpaper. Overall I am very happy with how it turned out.

I greeted the guy serving here by saying “morning mate” and his response was “this side” pointing on his right for me to stand there. Came to me and said what can i do for you and i said need to change the belt for my sisters watch.
Further after all his conversations was very RUDE and he highly speaking RUDELY to me telling me indirectly that i have disturbed him and as if I am unwanted here.
Will never go to this RUDE mister again in my life.

Cut my key took my money, then told me it might not work.it doesn"t, now he tells me it was a bad key, don't Know how that can be when it was a clear shaft.

Got a new set of keys cut and new fob for the X-Trail. The guy serving did a great job and made sure it worked perfectly by refining the key blade twice.
Price was competitive and I will be heading back in the future if I need another one.

Imran helped me out with my faulty key case today and his service was exceptional. Keep up the good work mate.

Minted two simple keys for over $20 and neither work at all.

Edit: The owner suggested going back with the keys to them and here's why I won't.

I went to bunnings and they cut two working keys for $14. I know my rights but a product that doesn't even work half the time isn't worth going back for.

Very bad experience at mister minit fountain gate. The staff at that moment was extremely rude. The time and date of service was 10 december around 7pm. I never expected this service at mister minit.

Never using these guys again. I got my watch engraved back in August to celebrate the birth of my first child. Have only worn the watch once since picking it up (as it is quite expensive and only worn on special occasions). Find out the they broke the side of the watch during engraving and didn't tell me. Very disappointed and will never give them business again! I will be speaking with them once I have received my watch back from repairs at Seiko as this is unacceptable!
