Mister Minit Southland

I had a terrible experience with getting house keys copied at this Mister Minit. They attempted to copy the keys 3 times and they just simply couldn’t get it right. I had to take the keys to another Mister Minit in Malvern and thankfully these guys got the keys right first go.

It was just a massive waste of my time with all the trips back and forth. Southland is a 20 minute drive each way from my home. I have never had so much trouble getting a set of keys copied.

My partner left a bag here for repair, the first time he went to collect it nothing had been done, the second time they had sewn the strap the wrong way around and the third time he went (3days later) he discovered they had actually placed it in a bin to throw out! Absolute joke of a business

The mister minit team were so lovely and approachable. They did a very personal job for me that no one else would touch and did such an awesome job. They also helped my boyfriend and I with car keys for an excellent cost. Their service was brilliant and I will definitely be going back for more jobs.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Couldn't be more pleased. I needed some engraving done and I was given options and information that allowed me to make the best decision for what I needed.

Got three keys cut here for emergency. 2/3 of the keys didn’t work. Lady told me off for not returning them immediately (they were emergency keys so weren’t used for three weeks). Don’t bother here. There are better options just metres away (two alternatives are just down the escalator).

They saved me hundreds on a new car key, and then they fixed my Louboutin shoes, which not many repairers can do well - just amazing! Thank you to the 3 D's Darren, Daniel and Derek and the rest of the wonderful staff - I will certainly be back and I will send all of my friends.

Excellent service and quality repairs. I only use these guys. I go out of my way to go to southland mister minit to have my goods repaired. They never disappoint

Excellent and fast service in repairing my handbag. Appreciated them get it done within such a short amount of time.

Daylight robbery. Guy is a thief took $75 to fix my watch and change a battery. It still didn't work l had to take it back and he tried to charge me again. Worst dude ever, business will go under if you treat people like that.

I bought 2 remote control batteries from them at a cost of $9.95 each plus a credit card charge. A friend bought exactly the same batteries at Bunnings for $2.50 each with no credit card charge. When I queried their exorbitant price, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a ‘couldn’t care less’ look. I’ll never shop there again and I’ll tell all my friends about my very bad experience.

I have been served by Derek on multiple occasions with funny jobs wondering if he can do it - “of course” he says!
Admittedly I was a bit worried being such valuable/delicate items but he takes such pride & care in what he does.
You guys are life savers for me on multiple occasions!
