I came here about 2 years ago and I got bad service. Came back again recently to get 6 espresso mugs engraved. They came out amazing with the new laser engraver technology! Pricey but worth something that is permanent and a personal gift:) I recommend Darren's service! Thumbs up! P.s. I don't think the person who I received bad customer service works there any more!

The second hand on my watch fell out. They tired to fix it but something in the watch just wasn’t working. They did a clean and thorough look at no extra charge and still couldn’t get it working so refunded my money even though I wanted to pay as they did a service. Really nice about and honest about the whole thing which is a nice thing to see these days

Dropped car key off for fob replacement, they could not find the replacement part in their drawers, then I had to wait while they inexplicably started serving other people in the queue.

Finally they found the right part and told me to return in 20 mins to pick up repaired car keys. When I returned 30 mins later nothing had been done and they told me they were actually out of stock of correct parts, handing me back the broken key. Total waste of time.

Do you like wasting time waiting?
Do you like returning time after time to be told it is not ready?
If the type of service you want is as per above then this is the business for you.
If you want good customer service with promised times being met, then I recommend you try somewhere else.
This is the second time we have attended this business and has been the same on both occasions - WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING A THIRD TIME

Nate at Mr minit fixed my work boots. I can't tell you how pleased I am with them. They were trashed as I am on my feet all day at work. I have been showing everyone at the hospital how great they are. Like new! Expensive boots given a new lease on life. So happy. Thanks.

Our grandson has recently been diagnosed with Autism. His special interest is remote controls. We can't thank the owner enough for donating a remote control to our grandson, the look on his face was worth more than words can say. We will be going in tomorrow to purchase another remote control. I recently contacted Mister minit and worker, Darren helped me so generously. My car keys were stuck in my car and Darren traveled from Frankston to Docklands to help me! He didn't have all the parts he needed but the following day he set aside time to assist me and spent many hours assisting me, fixing the ignition of my car, cutting numerous keys, in order for my car to work smoothly. I am so overwhelmed by the business and by Darren as he did all of this free of charge as he new I was in a vulnerable position, new to Melbourne, young-in-experienced to cars and without family to support me. Mister minit truly was such a blessing to me and he reassured me that if I ever need anything, he would be there to help me. Darren went above and beyond.

$55 to get 1 shoe re-healed? The shoes only cost $30! It was re-healed in plastic? Not top grade material? Just plastic rubber. Didnt even give the shoes a quick clean! Then when i came to pick them up the man (boy) was so cheeky. Bad customer service, such a smart arse.

Hopeless is an understatement! I had a watch battery replaced at the end of Dec 2018, I even paid extra for the water resistant even though I never use it in water.
To my surprise, it stopped working 2 months later. I went in today to see if they could help me when I was told with out the receipt I couldn’t do anything, unfortunately I couldn’t locate the slip they gave me as I never thought that it would stop working in such a short period. I asked If they store customer warranties and if they could pull up the info, staff memeber declined to do that. I described the staff member that carried out the job (female with a French accent and short hair) which the manager confirmed worked there. I then asked if he could look at it to confirm that the battery was replaced at their store by looking at the battery brand etc. He didn’t want to do that either.
I suggest you email warranties out or provide recorded warranties to your customers, otherwise customers like myself will continue to get ripped off by your backward practices and sub-par services.

Best repair shop around, will be taking all future repairs there from now.

I knew the prices Bunnings charged ($2.95) per key and got quotes of $5 from local guys but thought I'd go to Mister Minit as it was convenient. To my aghast horror, they quoted me $9 each key! Was going to do four keys but only got one made as it was urgent. Ridiculous!
