Tried my luck asking if they have the smallest screw possible in their shop in order to save my glasses and surprisingly they do have it and they saved my glasses (and my poor dehydrated eye from c.lens)! Super grateful thankyou!

Very helpful and nice guy. Helped me with key cutting. It is quite easy to find the shop and very accessible. Even though it didn’t work the first time but he took time to help me fixed it a second time and it worked. Happy customer. Thanks again!

Did the job alright but the Asian guy staff was very rude and obnoxious. Wouldn't recommend as there are plenty of other places with better customer service

I did the key cutting and watch battery replace in QV. Very efficiency and polite.highly recommend is place if you need spare keys and get your watch fix!

Don't advertise that you are open until 9pm on Thursdays if you aren't. Just travelled 30 minutes to your store to find it closed, not happy!

Not being harsh here but No matter what, DO NOT CUT YOUR KEYS THERE, they have no idea how to cut it at all. If I could give zero star I would, to the owner, it’s your business you should be involve or be responsible when hiring staff.

Nice guy - $9 a key and he saved my SNS nails by helping me get the keys off the key chain. Also took him approx 30 seconds to cut 2 keys. Very proficient

I went to the QV store today and there was a very nice Turkish gentleman named Morat. He was very helpful and skillful! He repaired my watch in under 4 minutes. He deserves a raise and praise.

Had my keys cut and few other things done here recently. Very quick and great service from the tall guy with black beard.

I went to bring my shoes and the old man staff was really really rude. I can accept that there are some shoe damages that you can't repair, but that does not justify being rude. Don't work if this is your attitude towards customers. Hopefuly the staff will get replaced. I like Mister Minit and think it is such an unfortunate situation for the company to be represented by such a person!

Just got my watch back. Within 10 min he replaced the battery. Top bloke and cost me $25. Recommended

Did all 4 keys with special colours, turtle chain and engraving, on the spot for a good price. Staff member Peter was highly skilled and very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

The guy who works here is rude, unprofessional and dishonest. I have been a long time customer of this place but will never return again because of him. I had my car key battery replaced by him a fortnight ago. The battery has since died which indicates he probably used dodgy or pre-used batteries initially. When I returned today to ask for another battery replacement he denied ever even doing the work and claimed he had never replaced a battery on any VW key! I have never experienced such dodgy service with someone who is such a liar. Really disgusting mister minit. Your better off going to Melbourne central than getting scammed and lied to by this unscrupulous business.

Charged 16 dollars to have a watch fitted, all of 2 minutes of work and the employee didn't bother to mention the price until after he was done.

Hard to find gem. Ended up here after failing to find battery elsewhere for car key fob. They had the battery and at a much better price.

9 for a piece of steeal and 10second of work copying key seems to me expensive. Faster, can't say nothing more just don't lose your keys!
