Outstanding genius!

Bought new integrated key from Qld, didn't work. Old mate in Qld just threw his hands up. Mister Minit re-keyed it, replaced the motherboard, went to my car, programmed the remote and ensured immobiliser worked. Legend.

Very efficient and good value for money. I’ve fixed two pairs of my shoes here so far. Was quite a complicated fix but it was done in 40 mins. Another cobbler quoted me $150 for the fix but this place got the job done with only $35. Will definitely come back.

Tried 2 previous different store to get my key cut running back and forth but still no key cut done. However, lovely gentleman at the QV mister minut was able to get it right and done promptly. Love your work!

Cut key at this shop few days ago, the key didn’t work, so I made a new key near my home. I came back to this shop for refund, the Asian owner said usually he doesn’t offer for refund, It’s so ridiculous and unacceptable

Extremely helpful and friendly. The owner (I think) went above and beyond to help me. Came in with some earrings hoping to get them on keychains instead and he used keychains from another product just to help me. Super kind, fast, affordable and definitely a go to place to get things done!

The car remote control is unusable, I spent more than 200 to buy the remote control and key set, ran it three times, the key can't open the door and the trunk, only the remote control can work normally, because the key can start the engine, they no longer do any remedies, a waste of money and time for consumers

Three times I just grind the new key twice, obviously I think some parts of the key are different

All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
They gave me a two years warranty for general service either change the batteries.

Fixed my bag quickly and neatly, when it broke again (clearly a design flaw and not inadequate mending) they fixed for free and with a smile. Very kind, fair, and they do good work.

Went for sharpen my knife on 10/12/21 and got a really bad luck instead. They sharpen both sides on my single bevel knife and they basically ruined my knife. Don't said that you guys are specialises in knife sharpening when you guys made that rookie mistake.

How dumb am I to let you sharpen my knife. Very not recommended

Went to get a quote for cutting a mailbox key with the photo of the lock and key code. Was quoted for $39 and will take more than 4 days to get it. I found it surprisingly expensive for a mailbox key, and got more quotes later on from other locksmiths for a range between $15 to $18 for exactly the same thing. Ridiculously overpricing.

The service was great and the price is reasonable as well. The engraving service they have make the gift more special.

Went to change a watch battery and fix the strap with a new pin. 2 employees took 45 minutes to get it done right. One employee was instructing another like he was a slave and good for nothing. The guy instructing who seemed to know everything was the one who put the wrong pin to my watch and it wouldn’t snap back. If he only bothered to test it before. While my watch was being done, a couple came to complain about their car remote not working. It was worked on and they were sent away to test it but they came back with it not working again. Another chat between the expert and the apprentice and they still couldn’t get it done.

Apart from the weather, it was pretty cool, good range of shops, etc, I give it 4 stars. Chris.k
