Mister Minit QV Melbourne

I do not know how this man has the nerve to operate under such a once reputable name. He sent my deceased grandfathers watch to Sydney without my consent. After having my treasured Pops time piece in his possession for 2 weeks, he informed me he cannot repair the watch and returned it destroyed. I will be in touch soon. This is appalling.

Never go to this place! I used to go to Mister Minit in QV for my battery replaced. I had my battery changed there over a year ago by a nice Aussie guy, he gave me a warranty card for 2 years or they will replace battery free of charge. A week ago, I came back with the warranty card, asking for battery changed, the new man said that might be something was wrong with my watch, not the battery, and impolitely told me to come back in 20 minutes, as he has to do the diagnostic check (?), my watch is in a pristine condition and working perfectly well.
Don't bother waisting your time and money there!

Place was not open on Sunday, despite advertised hours. I totally understand having a weekend, but please update the opening hours.

Went to get 3 front door keys cut. The lazy guy left my original key in holder until I asked for it back. Got home; none of the keys worked. Rushed back, and this careless man said he had cut them properly! He never apologised and couldn't have cared less. I demanded and got a refund. Avoid this place.

Because the battery of the car key was replaced at another house, when I returned to the parking lot, I suddenly found that the key could not start the car. So I asked the master to help detect the car keys and the car, and finally solved the problem for us. The master is very enthusiastic and has a very good service attitude.

Came today to copy my keys when asked they said 250$ for one

last time i did 2 key for 100$

Great service, speedy too. Excellent at restoring our shoes and we always get ours keys cut here as well!

Have used him many times. He added a rubber to my walking stick, and now no-one can hear me coming! Today, he sharpened my fruit knife and tested it on a piece of laminated paper. It works! However, $8 I think is a bit steep for one minute's work, $5 would've been more appropriate IMHO. Still, I now have a sharp knife again, so I'm happy.

Overpriced for battery change.
I came here to change my watch's battery.
They only spent 30 secs to change the battery and they charged me $30.9 AUD.

The man was very very rude and spoke very unprofessionally. Not a great look for a busy shopping centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I got new car key replacement from here then accidentally broke it again. They helped fixing my keys over two times for free. Very much appreciate for what they did. Thanks Mister Minit. I come to the right place!

The service can be better. I had taken my car remote to them for fixing and they just told that it's not working and they can't fix it, but after taking the car remote to a different mister Minit, they changed the battery and it worked properly.

The worst experience ever! I came to them and ask how much to replicate a fob wif my whole set of keys attached. Since it cost 60 bucks which is similar to the amount I pay for a new one wif my body Corp, I said i Hv to talk to my neighbour about it. They gave me back the key but WITHOUT my fob in it（ I put it straight into my bag and didn’t even open it until I go upstairs) I realize my fob was gone when I got upstairs but when I got back down to them.they said they don’t Hv it.they don’t care and not even bother checking the cctv and the place. I have never lost a fob /key ever ; what a regret going to this store. The customer service is so bad as well! Please check well if u ever going to risk replicating things in this place! Juz try out other place first if u could!

I have been using Mister Minit in QV for years and have always found them to be professional, informed, helpful and lovely to deal with.
They are well priced and you get true value for money.
William is always there to help and finds time to fix the problem as soon as he possibly can.
I would recommend them highly for any locksmith needs.

Quick and friendly service! It cost me $30.95 (including the credit card surcharge) to get the battery in my watch replaced. Done in 5 mins

Excellent and quick service. Provide them with the dummy car key to cut. 10 mins later it is ready to be picked up. The price is unbeatable in the CBD area, $45 Inc key cutting and swapping all the electronic parts. Highly recommended.

Asked for a spring bar to fix a watch part, these are extremely common pieces that usually cost next to nothing on the internet, but due to the size of the watch I wanted to buy in person. I was gobsmacked when the storeperson said $18 for 2. I felt very cheated.

First rate service. Ordered a special item for me and kept me in the loop while I waited for it to arrive. Helped out by researching how to set it up and was just great to deal with
