Made a telephone enquiry about a few key cutting questions and issues and was absolutely staggered how generous the man was with his time - such exceptional friendly customer service even after it was clear i wouldn’t be engaging their services because he was honest enough to advise on a cheaper solution for my problem! You just don’t come across people like this these days often enough!
What awesome blokes. Took my boots to them with a splash of bleach that took colour out. They repaired and polished and wouldn't take payment. Great service and good old fashioned happy service. I'll be back!
