I went to here today to get my battery replace for my watch, told the guy its waterproof he told me he wouldnt know, battery replacement is $25 and a pressure test is $25 i asked what a pressure test was and he told me its to see if the watch was water proof.told him i wouldnt need it as ive been told before by other people its water proof and they would have to seal it thats why its a little more expensive to replace the battery it says it on the back also. Anyways left the watch went to pick after 1 hour of wearing it the lid to my watch fell off. Honestly im not one to write a bad review but im honestly a little upset. Makes me think if he actually even sealed it. I wonder what i did wrong. Just a little upset about the unpleasant experience.

Brett was extremely rude, we requested two sets of keys and explained it to him, when he got it wrong he was rude to us and asked us to pay for his mistake.

After we refused to pay for his mistake, he sat there gossiping with his co-worker while we were still infront of the store, really loud and arrogant, will never return to Brett.

I had my partners necklace fixed here, the first engraving was spelt wrong at a previous store. Mister Minit went over it in no time at all, fixed the spelling and made it look 100 times better.

Lovely customer service. I got holes punched into my belt expecting to pay a fee yet mr minit said it was free of charge. It was a lovely surprise. I highly recommend this place and I’ll be back next time

I took my favourite (very worn) work heels to be resoled. Picked them up today. What an amazing job they did! They look and feel like new. Very quick and friendly service. I won't go anywhere else. Promise I'll bring them to you before I destroy them next time!

Extremly rude staff member.didnt want to explain process of car key cutting.was yelling me whole time.i said i feel like your yelling at me to which he replied im just loud and continued to yell at me.i asked for his name and he refused to give it to me.when tried to say im just trying to understand your process, he walked off on me while i was in middle talking. He then said called up someone and said that he has a discusting customer saying hes yelling.went there 5th oct 21 at 1: 30pm.

I took a new shoe to get polished, I was worried about the color will be made different.
They did it efficiently and they didn’t charge me, even punched two holes for my belt. You made my day! Thanks. Definitely will come next time.

Came to cut some keys, one did not work and had to come several times and even used the laser machine. Not sure why but it still didn’t work but I have a feeling they used the same original key for the laser cut.

Ended up with a refund and went to otherside of parkmore in front of Kmart to get it cut.and it worked!

Was being told it was the bunnings key then it’s my actual lock that needs fixing ‍️

Couldnt even open the case for a casio edifice, tried to hide that by asking if its a real casio.not even worth a visit.
