Went to Mister Minit Parkmore today to get my broken watchband replaced by one I had on another watch. I was served by Tim who swapped them over in a couple of minutes. When I reached for my wallet to pay, he said " Don't worry, it's all part of the service ". This display of great service means he now has a customer for life and I will be telling all my friends about my experience. We should support these small businesses that provide this level of customer service because it is sadly lacking in the larger operations.

Went into Mister minit and it was very busy, was attended by Tim he worked very quickly and efficiently and friendly, resolved my key problem.

Had problem with immobilizer remote. Mazda Dealer and other experts had no solution, said there was noting they cou;ld do as immoblizer remotes were now obsolete for my car. Tim at Mr Minit solved my problem in 20 minutes with new remote and programming. Brilliant service!

Went to mr mint in pakenham market place, and was told my key couldnt be cut and that no one would do it, well the absolute guns of men came to my rescue like Spiderman does for mary jane and cut my key also gave me a great price and said to come back if there's any issues, thanks so much guys will definitely recommend, stay safe and keep up the excellent service

These guys are amazing. I came in to engrave a gift and needed it completed urgently. They were so quick and did such a beautiful job. Highly recommend them and will be using them for all future engraving, key cutting and shoe repair needs.

I called to ask about getting a lock changed to match a key I owned (since I have several matching locks and one of them broke). Even though the service couldn't be done here, the owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to recommend a locksmith who could do what I needed. Good customer service to someone who isn't even a customer shows how helpful the team there is. Highly recommended.

As a local business owner in Parkmore, the team at Mister Minit in Parkmore are always helpful, welcoming, happy and knowledgeable. Most importantly, they explain and talk to you about what they've done when dealing with any customer, taking a very professional approach.

I had some boots resoled here. Dropped them off yesterday and picked them up today. Incredible service. They did much more than just resole the boots. They packed up the worn areas, reglued and re-stitched around the edges and more. They are like a brand new pair of boots. Very happy indeed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service from these blokes, Brett restored my watch to it's former glory and got back to me very fast. Tim provided great advice and service for my hiking boots weatherproofing that I pass on to my friends constantly.

Great service, could of ripped me off but instead with his honesty he repaired my car fob and now works great, other dealers dishonesty would have seen me spend $250 but the bill was $22.50 thank you Brett will remember your service.
