Have had multiple keys, shoe repairs and additional shoe holes punched here, all great work and Steven is lovely.

Pete and Hayden could not have been more obliging. I ‘tick, tick, ticked’ my way to them on a Sunday afternoon, realising I’d worn through the heel tips of my favourite shoes.which were on my feet! Within 10 mins, I had new tips, and a new localish’ emergency ‘shoe guy’. Thanks so much!

Went to northland store to get 2 house keys cut, they couldn't even get a simple key cut done properly. The guy even suggested it was my key (!?) Took it to the Greensborough plaza store and they took one look and said the northland store cut it too much/ deep, the guy at Greensy promptly fixed it and was very professional abt it.

Went in to get car key button fixed. Thought it was the battery, Peter told me he would have look. Wasn’t actually a battery problem. He re-aligned the contacts free of charge and my button is working again:) very happy

Quick and professional. Hayden got the job done in less time that expected. Had a Tissot watch I needed adjusted and some keys to be copied. Job done.

Three trips to Northland, two repairs and $75 later, my boots are in worse shape than ever. I started off with a crack in the sole, now I have two unusable boots where the soles and heels have come off entirely.

Staff were happy to repair the first time. But when the soles came off the second time, they said there was no guarantee and no refund. Apparently the problem is with my boots — though I've had them repaired elsewhere without issue. Very disappointing.

Hayden’s service is fantastic. He is very friendly. We are very happy about his customer service. I recommend the shop.

Cut the wrong key, gave it back, they said they would refund. When I got home they sent a text message they wouldn’t refund.

Took a belt in and saw Hayden, punched 2 new holes for me no charge. Wonderful service very energetic and a great guy to deal with.

I wish I had read the reviews before giving the job to this shop. Charged 50 to glue the shoe soles. The excessive glue just seeped along the shoe seam. They responded "this is the best they can do".
What a poor job has been done to ruin my shoes!

I had a Swiss Army knife engraved by Hayden at the north land store. He engraved the name free hand with perfect penmanship. Good to see old fashioned pride in workmanship.

5 starts. Steve did a brilliant job fixed my watch a minute after I got there. Highly recommend!

I wish I have seen the review before I visited this shop.

Zero star, I brought a car key and went for cutting, they told me no guarantee it will start the car, it will turn but the car may not start, I told them I know, I only need a copy of the original key.

I paid and tried the key and it didn’t turn the switch at all, now that is not about programming, that’s about cutting and copying the original key.

And if it is need programming you can at least crank the car and it will never start until you program the fob.

I went back and they told me, we’ve explained to you no guarantee no refund the problem with your key

We don’t cut it by hand we use machine

Really? Do you think I’m 7 years old?
For me $30 is nothing and no guarantee was about if it is going to start the car or no, but it should turn the switch

I only wanted to copy of the original key.

They ruin my key, they didn’t apologize, and they are very rude,

Left side is the original/ right is the copy which was cut by Mister Minit

Now I have to buy another key and cut it by a respectful shop.

Update;

I went to WYNNS locksmiths and gave them another key, they cut it, it worked, and now everything is good.

So the problem is not from the keys I have, the problem is from Mister Minit, because both keys are exactly same and identical.
