Rude service, didn't know how to communicate. Avoid at all costs, there is another one near by at target centre and they are professional and good service

Horrible service, rude, this will be the last time I ever visit this store. This is how it went:
Me: Sorry, just a quick question, do you sell this? *show him the product on my phone*
The guy: NO *continue his work, not even look at me or the phone*
